I think the manga did a better demonstration of his power. In it they detailed she had multi layered magic barriers aswell as the spear pierced through and obliterated the webbing of one of her wings.

The God of Creation said Hiraku could ask for anything he wanted. And he pushed Hiraku to ask for more but he didn't. Hiraku asked for 3 things. He wanted to be healthy, so the God of Creation gave him a Healthy Body. He wanted to become a farmer, so God gave him the All Purpose Farming Tool (AFT), which can become anything as long as its useful for farming. Apparently spears are a farm tool, and it strikes with the force of a god. The tool also only works for Hiraku, and returns to him when he desires it. Hiraku wanted to do his farming in a not so populated place, so God sent him to the most inhospitable danger zone in the entire world. God apparently overcompensated with each wish. So how healthy is the Healthy Body? Since he was blessed Hiraku has never been sick. Hiraku has never been injured. Hiraku has tremendous sexual appetite, so much that one vampire was constantly exausted. Hiraku has the highest quality blood according to said Vampire. Hiraku looks exactly the same as when he first appeared decades later. Not really a fair comparison as only the children look older. And the Wolves age. Still, if the Healthy Body blessing is as broken as the AFT, then yes Hiraku is probably immortal.
