My neighbors above me have a stereo/subwoofer and while its not loud, it has a low frequency that vibrates. What soundproof method can I use on the ceiling that works best to deaden the vibrations? Thanks

It’s good to use inclusive language and avoid ableist language, but this stuff is quickly becoming a minefield. I don’t expect people to be perfect, far from it. Unless is corporate or government communications, I don’t care for small mistakes.
Lol my pup, Dixie smiles when she sees me. She randomly started alerting my mom to my seizures, even though they aren’t always noticeable to folks, she does:) she’s such a good girl.
We have this 24/7 banging in the apartment it's so loud and irritating. It can make a normal person go crazy if they live here. Neighbor said it isn't them is it a poltergeist?
Just to share some feedback, if you hope to capture a larger audience, do pay attention to your speech. I'm afraid your speech is, by turns, soft and loud. I do appreciate that you're cognisant of sounding casual, personal and personable, and engaging. Do be mindful that it should not be at the expense of sounding clear. I have moderate impaired hearing and listening in with my earphone as I always do, I still find it difficult to make out most of your sentences. Hope you find this feedback useful.

My cat's eyes well-up when she listens to Mozart. Seriously, each time I play it when she is in the room and it happens every time.....not tear drops exactly, but her eyes always well-up to music.
