@@semajd5995 experience taught me to always bring worms 🪱 when porgy fishing 🎣. The eat clams but they very much prefer worms. And yeah few people were a bit confused lol.
@@fishingwithadrian754 lol yes…the worms are like a delicacy to them. Smart move. This past Sunday my friends and I killed the porgies off light house point park in New Haven. We used little boats to get out not far off shore took 38 nice ones home
Hey Vince...I just watched this clip and you are 200 % correct.. ANY TRUE FISHERMAN knows that this was a total no no...I watched his Porgy episode on the Blackhawk seeing as though I'm from Ct and have been on the Mijoy and Blackhawk since I was 12...he has no skills....afraid to take his own fish off the hook...missed several good bites and or hooksets....I'm done....
@@pasqualeheyward4104 show me your skills then since you have so much talk, wasn't afraid to do anything, they offered to take the fish off so I let them. Sorry your life is so miserable that you have to come on my channel and be negative. I had a great time and that's what matters. How does Vince taste in your mouth by the way 🤔?
My man you need to change that leader setup. To much metal pyramid to a banker braid to mono or flrl line natural high low with the leader double drop rig. Garenty more fish. 🎣🐟🐟🐟🐟👍👍👍
Thanks for your comment but my rig was working very well and I actually caught the most fish on the boat. And if you were paying attention you would see that I had 10 feet of monofilament leader.
Thanks bro, yea it was a very relaxing trip. Yea when they are biting doubles happen quite often. We moved to quite a few spots this trip but according to the captin we varied between 30 and 60 feet deep.
loving the videos bro! keep it up!. Just a tip for Scup, you dont need that much bait. specially since you are killing with the worms ( not sure if sand or blood). Also you can snip the beakers w a scissor to make your life easier. good luck papa!
Thanks bro greatly appreciated. And I know I didn't need to use that much bait but the thing was it was a very slow morning on the boat and I had a ton of bait, and I didn't want to waste it.
@@fishingwithadrian754 you can freeze them bad boys, assuming if you have the space lol. i feel you on that one. i always like bringing other bait just in case the clam dont work. sometimes they are in the mood for shrimp or green crab
Dude kept losing his catch because he reeling in to fast plus he holding his rod to high above the water...When reeling in lower the rod reel in then pull up...
Before you criticize someone learn how to spell. The word is "amateur". 🤦♂️ my channel is about fun and love. I'll tell your mommy to show you some more love when she wakes up. ❤️
Wow... I personally know that guy sitting at the 11 second mark on the video. I ride those boats as well...the daybreak mostly. Rob.. from the Bronx co-op city
Quick tip if i may.. you don’t have to clump the clam on the hook so much… 6” strip is all you need… you’ll get better hook sets that way, also keep the butt of the rod under the arm opposite of the hand you using to reel… tight lines Keep on fishing!
@@fishingwithadrian754 caught poaching multiple times, captain anchorin gon top of other boats, he doesnt know how to find his own spots lafing stock of sound and think they own it
Gave a thumbs down because hardly any of u do catch clean and cook's catch all that fish I know you're eating them so why not show how you clean them and cook them
I watched every second of Pt 1 and Pt 2. The fishing is exactly the same when going for Norfolk Spot in the Chessie Bay. Same bait, same methods. Very satisfying. Thanks.
How much is this trip , when is the start of Porgie season what time does the boat leave how many hours what's the phone number to this party boat will love to go out what days does the boat go out.
