Most of these coffee makers require to boil water separately and that's a big No No 👎🏽. I need something compact rechargeable that does the process and nothing like that seems to exist
Anyone heard of a Brewspoon? Kind of like a teabag that submerses in the water. I'd love to hear some feedback on it. It seems super easy and convenient.
""a patented safety valve for easy cleaning" makes no sense. Also a Moka doesn't make Espresso. Strong coffee yes - espresso, no. you need 9 bar pressure for espresso, you only get a.5 bar with a moka.
I'm crazy! When I camp I take my GSI stainless steel percolator to share with neighbors, my Bialetti moka pot, and my Bialetti Mukka Express for a capuccino!
Keurig K-Mini Plus is better than the Keurig K-Mini. Worth the extra price for that Bold feature I use all the time that the K-Mini does not have. Makes a stronger cup of coffee with more flavor.
Keurig last a long time. The key is to use filtered water or pure purified water at all times. Avoid spring water or water with high mineral content like Fiji Water. It reduces the amount of time you have to descale your Keurig machine, and prevents product from being destroyed overtime and unusable. The older Keurig machines are more friendly with hard water compared to the new Keurig machines.
I cannot find a very smooth cup that doesn’t taste burnt or watered down? I love my nespresso but would like a pot that brews a smooth cup too. I’ve tried ninja and Cuisinart and I just can’t drink it. Not matter what grounds and methods. Is a moccamaster really worth it?
the first one, the W&P Porter Ceramic Mug is garbage, the ceramic will crack and fall apart within no time.. check out the reviews for it, its a wide spread issue.
Mine is a Hamilton Beach but looks just like the Presto. I prefer the ones with the glass knob on the lid, but I didn't see the justification of paying more $$ for it. It has no function other than allowing you to see the coffee as it percolates and gets darker. It doesn't affect the coffee at all. The one I have works great and brews 12 cups in about 10 minutes. My parents had one when I was young, made by KitchenAid, that looked like these but had the glass knob on the lid. It was used at least 3 times a day for over 30 years and was still operational the last time I saw it.
Well Don’t want to burst anyone’s bubble but Been using these thing’s forever, have noticed that almost every time I have a cup of coffee or tea twenty minutes later I am in the bathroom taking a dump? You can’t leave water in the side reservoir it will grow algae so you can’t drain water out of maker so what is growing in it. My opinion only.

id avoid heating paper cups with something that is basically a cup stove. that just screams like a fire hazard. id recommend getting a thermos cup to pour it into if you plan on keeping an on the go coffee hot, otherwise if youre already at home and dont have to worry about breaking ceramic id just pour it into a normal cup. or, if you are insisting on paper, microwave it
This company is bogus. Search for the web address. Nada! Most of the grinders recommended b y them in this video DO NOT EXIST, at least in America as of Dec. 28, 2023!
I'm not only concerned about BPA but also harmful alloys leeching info my hot water. Suppose having a stainless steel or glass reservoir is important. Any other suggestions? Thanks.
This video is not correct. Your coffee dose, grind setting and water temperature depends on the way you make your coffee. Watch video from Lance Hedrick or Kyle Rowsell instead, they know how to make coffee.
This video is not made by someone who actually makes coffee and knows how to properly make it. All grinders shown here are absolutely garbage, they are not worth a penny. If you actually wanna know something about good grinders watch the videos from Kyle Rowsell or Lance Hedrick. They know what they are talking about and they are award winning baristas.
I don't know. I bought a portable grinder (not one shown here), and the grind was pretty consistent. Better than my aged burr grinder. For 1/10 the price of a high end electric grinder, it gave me an outstanding cup of coffee. I can take my grinder camping. What I like about it is that it doesn't heat the grinds up. I've used professional grade grinders before and they heat up the coffee quickly.
Contigo is not easy clean at all it’s a nightmare have to fill with bleach to clean. Easiest one to clean and far better is thermos version and keeps drink hot twice as long.
