Honestly, you have actually progressed very very very quickly and very very well compared to beginners who are at a much younger age! Amazing work! This has inspired me to keep going and that it is possible, thank you! I wanted to ask, I'm also a beginner, would you say that the boot you wear affects how well you skate? I bought a beginner pair, should I upgrade to a better pair? Also, a lot of those tricks require balance and strength and you've mastered them so well (eg. single foot glide, Johnny Weir Spider lunge, etc.)! Do you do any exercises or training off-ice? If yes, can you share those, please? !
Where do you shop for skating clothes? Adorable ❤ keep going btw. I’m also an adult skater. It’s very rewarding. I’ve always wanted to figure skate but couldn’t as a child. Doesn’t mean I can’t now for pure joy ❤
I learned to ice skate as an adult in my mid twenties. I really want to go back. For six months, I was super diligent, but life got in the way. It's a lot of fun. There were much older adults doing it to.
I got mine done as a gift my self when I turned 30 :) My mum was so against the idea in the beginning but she ended up looking after me post op like your mum did. God bless them ! I love mine but just keep in mind some of symptoms for “ breast implant illness “ i became a bit sensitive towards food. Speedy recovery!
진짜 멋있다…. 38살의 나이에도 계속 꿈을 꾸고 열정을 가지고 산다는 게 너무 멋진 것 같아요. 영상 중간에 나이 탓을 잠깐 했다고 나오는데 제가 보기에 사랑님은 실제로 젊은 사람들보다 더 젊은 청춘같아보여요… 어른의 나이에 가까워지며 점점 시들어가는 나를 보며 나이를 먹을수록 더 식어가기만 하는 게 아닌가 하는 두려움이 생겼는데 38살에도 타오르는 사랑님을 보고 희망을 얻어요. 저도 사랑님처럼 오랫동안 꿈을 가지고 살아갈 수 있겠다는 희망이 생겼어요. 저도 저에게 시간을 주고 잘 살아가볼게요…. 좋은 영상 감사합니다

Love this! Your progress was really fast and you're looking really good. It won't take you 10 years to learn doubles. I know because I started at 45 and have been skating for 4 years and have landed my axel a few times (very inconsistent still), but doubles are next! I can't wait! :) You'll get there even faster than me.

The thing abt the Icy Fly Edea skates. the reason the guy was pissed is prob bc a beginner figure skater bought skates that are meant for triples. and i do undertand you could've just bought a lvl below ice fly skates and they would've worked fin for you bc you're not doing any jumps. some adult wear Icy fly bc they can actually support adult weight yk
