Hello, I'm having ebike of Adore Palermo 116E and it has shengyi motor. While riding initially speedometer shows 0km/h and then speed increases it starts to show 28H and engine icon starts to blink. What is the problem I don't know. Please help.
I stripped the heads of the TT20 bolts, even though I used a brand new high quality tool and a lot of force against the bolt head. Darn! Next time I will first apply heat with a soldering iron. How can I get replacement screws? I am in the US. Would you reply with the detailed bolt specifications? Thank you.
Any ideas how to get a better motor for a TopGuard fat tire e-bike. The cable coming out of the hub twists and breaks itself and messes up the controller. Won't go! Any ideas for a new motor with better wiring for the 26" fat tire bike?
Mid drive motors are far better in my opinion. Get a BBSHD 1000w watt motor and it will pull anything you ever needed. It is a true workhorse of a motor. With mid drives you actually get to put the motors power through the transmission so you can have way more torque at slow speeds and go faster at high speeds. Also not having your rear wheel weigh 20 pounds is nice.
I had an ongoing issues with my derailleur. The fourth time it was inspected by a new bike shop in town. It turned out my shifting problems was not the derailleur, the free hub was loose, $10 to tighten..ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-McaFaP1X8_0.html
Everyone needs to chill about him hitting the axle. Bafang does the same thing in their factory service videos. He isnt wailing on it. Its a few dislodge taps. Geez
mine shows 55.5v on a full charge(48v battery) should I be worried? the bike display shows the voltage all over the place as well, going from 52v-55v when idling
Since your inexperienced to this kind of stuff. No you should not be worried, it's only voltage sag. The battery drops power when you accelerate or when you start losing battery life after short or long rides on your EV. Hope you understood after 10 days of posting your comment.
How did you identified them my wires fell out of the controller box and I think I shorted something when I forgot to turn the battery off while trying to put wires back in box
@@kevinkevin6414 i just took the box apart and visually inspected each wire for damage and scratches. Repaired with electrical tape since the wires themselves wasn’t broken but only damaged in their insulation
Question are the 2 axis move independently? Because when i see the bad part rolled the axis spins but not on the other side ....anyone know whats wrong ( this is part 2 of my question) can anyone help with a solution
I have a problem with the frame itself the socket the holds the axis of the motor is rolled the axis keeps spinning and almost damage the cable kinda did but where the cable comes out is has like a separate metal thing holding the axis but on the other side the frame is not holding the axis in place ( is an old bike ) the ideal way would be welding a piece of metal into the frame socket but i don't have a welder... epoxy?
Sounds like your dropout got eaten away by the axle because of torque. Epoxy wont work, i tried that solution when i experienced what you described. Try to buy good steel torque arms. Is your current bike frame aluminum or steel?
Is it an issue if the motor spins when you have it apart? I thought I read somewhere if that happens then some sensor loses its read on the position of the motor and then has to be reprogrammed…? Or something. I have no idea, I’m just asking because I’d like to do this on my m620
thank you sir, but my cycle is an hero electric cycle with an led insted of display. and there is nothing loose in my connections, and the speed led is blinking
lol, it actually works. I've done this 4x on my Bafang over the last 5000 miles. I use a concrete floor, and it's not the strength but bluntness that works, go gentle. lol
These screws hold the cover that spins with the motor. They're not load bearing, just securing the dust/water cover. Loctite is a good idea but not strictly necessary. :_
@@fraserthomson5766 Considering that the axle and rim act as a the stator and rotor, those bolts are transferring force between the axle/stator and the wheel/rotor.
i am having troubles with my speedo meter for some reason when i accelerate the odometer shows 99kmh idk why it does that , any info on how to fix it ?
