Can it help stop insulin issues such as resistance? Can it also help stop or change metabolic syndrome, & say dementia for the better? Also how can we get this affordably?? Would taking Coconut oil or MCT get similar results for protecting the brain,creating ketones & helping to lose weight?

half marathon still seems too short to get great beneffits from ketos... specially if you run around 1.20 range...

do you recomend it? im running tokyo marahon this year and i´m not sure to have it a go to human ketones…

As a preparation for my first marathon, I just read and also used this marathon training “Zοrοtοn Axy” (Google it). My target was a sub-4 hour marathon and I reached it. I used every little thing on this training program and enabled me to race confidently to get through 26.2 miles. What a great feeling! Devoted runners must try it too. .

I was able to prepare for my half marathon training using this marathon training courses “Zοrοtοn Axy” (Google it). I ran a PR even if I only used 6 weeks of the provided schedule! I am presently using it for my marathon training, and am running much better training runs in comparison to previous marathon training courses. Throughout my marathon training courses, I was able to run another half and set another PR. .

I gave this marathon training courses “Zοrοtοn Axy” (Google it) to my running-addicted brother a couple of years ago, and he is been using the training guide since then. Last week, he took Fourth place in his age group in a Nationals-level 12k race. You need to opt for this training program when you`re get yourself ready for marathons as well as other distance training courses. .

Agree. The evidence looks good...but in my experience I can't tell HOW good it was. There's some many factors which affect performance!

That bug aint dead!! I can see it moving from here. The model you got to do this sure is sexy though. Must have cost heaps.
