Because prominent cheekbones are a key characteristic of a healthy youthful face. have you noticed older people that lose baby fat on their face? They usually have very thin face or droopy or you can see that it’s inwards. The bones are prominent and that thing doesn’t come back when you lose it, so that’s why everybody is putting on fillers to fake the youthful face, so if you have very very prominent cheekbones then probably you will never have this problem because even when they will reduce a bit you will still have plenty and that’s a good thing! in general it makes people look more polite and likable so enjoy yours because they are beautiful ❤
I have worry about what is the reasone of my one side face is more puffy than other side and what is the solution of this ?chewing is the solution? If yes than wich side can I chew ?puffy side or other side ?plz reply
You can't really change rhe cartilage structure of your nose. You can depuff it if you carry a lot of water retention in your face but you can't change your bone or cartilage structure with facial exercises or massages 💕
Getting your hormonal issue in check should be your priority number one 😊 No magical cream or treatment will help if your hormones are imbalanced as this may be the cause of your puffiness 💖
I have been going to physio for my TMJ through private healthcare in the UK. I’ve had around 15 sessions so far and have been going for 6months. NOTHING HAS HELPED. I have told them consistently that I feel like my tongue is swollen, I can’t swallow right, my tongue is rubbing against my lower gum around my molar. They have all told me I’m being silly and I’m “over thinking it” Judging by the comments of fellow TMJ sufferers, it seems like we all have the same problem. I’m going to try this exercise as my tongue currently rests on the lower part of my mouth. P.s NHS & UK healthcare is crap now. Do not recommend
Hey love, I am super sorry to read about the struggles you are going through but I hope I can help at least a little 🙂 Mewing might be counterproductive in your case as it builds up tension that you actually want to avoid when dealing with TMJ. I have entire routines about it on my channel but always remember that this as well as physio will only treat the symptoms but not the cause of your TMJ which might be related to underlying stressors that you really have to figure out for it to properly improve 💕
Yes it works but consistency is key 😊 It took your entire life to create the face you currently have so this is a process that doesn't happen overnight but more likely in a couple of weeks to months 💖
Hey guys I'm gonna start doing this and give updates ( hope I don't procrastinate since I wrote it down here 😢 ) Day 1: I feel good but there's no change that can be seen ( obv ) And also guys MAKE SURE to use a moisturizer/sunscreen/face oil or whatever you have in routine while you do this. Day 2 : I forgott😢 I'll just do it two times the next day
You don't have to do it two times the next day. Just try to stay consistent as if you would go to the gym. Doing 30 crunches every day will give you better results than doing 50 once a week 💖

hello miss ❤ i have a question. If I do the exercise mentioned to reduce the double chin while my face is asymmetrical which I got from sleeping on one side for months , will it make my facial symmetry worse ? Because the exercise looks like mewing ? Should I focus on correcting my symmetry first ?
