Hi i dont have this book any more.. i give it away as i sold the bailer... i find this on a web side.. try to type mccormick b46 owner manual book pdf it may find some thing
Hi Am sorry but i dont have this bailer any more for some years now... Look up online if you find some replaycment parts.. is it possible to weld the broken part??
New twine knives (part # 668962R1 ) are too expensive. Luckily before my dad passed he bought a box of parts at a dealer closeout auction. It had a bag with several of these - a lifetime supply for me. I have a later model 430 "All Twine" which uses a cam linked moving knife that uses the same blade.
Hello my father bought a new B46 in 1965 it was the best baler we ever had .we had B47 and 440 and 445 all international. Would love to buy a B46 if anybody had any knowledge of one for sale.
Thanks for the video. I have an IH 425 baler and it's similar. I have to thread the needle on one side as it pulled out when twine got tangled in the twine chamber.
Very clever design! Would you be able to list the dimensions? How high off of the ground, the depth from front to back, dimensions of the head spacers and the space between them? I think these are exactly what we need for our meat goats, Kiko/Spanish/Savanna and a little Boer cross.
Hi. Thanks for your informative video. We have a problem with our device regarding the correct timing of the knifes no matter what we do, it either cuts the robe early or it comes to late. Can you tell us the correct setting or any idea how to set this up?
Hi thanks for watching and I'm happy that video help you.. You shud go to my channel and look for video how to time mccornick bailer... you will get all the info in video on how to time it. I dont own that kind of bailer any more for a few year now...
Hi. You can't buy new spare parts any more because they dont make it... If you found some used in good condition or repare old ones. What part do you need ?
Mark I am thinking of buying this make as I have only a small tractor 35 CV and it is hilly where I am. You must be on your second year of use with it. Have you had any issues with the knotting mechanism and are you confident in getting Spares. I live in the central south of Italy but the company is still based a long way away in the north?
Hello Toy with words Yes I'm in the second year now, i must say i did not have any priblems yet and I'm very happy with it. The previous owner say that the parts for this baler can still be found, because the knoters are some german sistem used on many balers. Hope I help you if you need anything let me know. Mark
Hi Mark I've got the same baler and I've changed from sisal twaine to plastics and one end of the twaine is coming out from the disc and only one end of the twaine is getting knotted What can be the problem?
Is your disc damage is missing a pin on the end, cus mine was and i had to take the disc out and weld some metal up.... take a mesure from knife and disc and do with spect.. or take the mesure from the disc to knife that making knots and adjust the other one ... have a look to nidles as well if they are too worn out the twine cant come up to disc and disc canot take ... You can spin your baler by hand its a bit harder but you will see how it is working and where does it miss... Hope i help you
