Mahito attacked the fake Geto since he realized his dirty intentions 😅 not to mention that he realized the fake Geto's plan, meaning that he was going to absorb him and thus use him and yes, Basically Chosou and Itadori are brothers as these are " children" of who controls Geto's body now, in the other season more of this will be explored, I mean there will be more context, but in the meantime the explanation that was given in the anime was more than enough 👍
My thoughts on kamo like the way choso says they must be brothers is due to yuji and choso having the same parent. So kamo must have been yuji mom or dad somehow
