Dish soap to get them off, soak them in very hot water for a few minutes to get them on. Chances are that putting them on with dish soap will always cause them to slip. Trust me, the only thing that will ever be tighter than your grips using the hot water method will be your sphincter when the dish soap method causes the grip to come off the bar as you're going around a corner while fully committed.

For my MTB I always use hairspray, slides on super smooth sticks like hell, hard to get off

Try hairspray. Acts as a lubricant when wet, and a minor glue when dry.

Use clear coat it slides right on and dries solid 👌
