Sorry Muden, this (place intellectual slur here) just wasted 16 minutes and 17 seconds of my life in your beautiful village because he/she/it couldn't drive and or edit a video.
Sorry to hear that you have wasted valuable time on aimless driving. Going forward I will try to be more considerate towards my audience and remove any pointless driving from my videos. Thank you for adding a fair warning in the comments so others can avoid the same trap. Anyway, please don't hesitate to ask if you are planning a trip along the Mosel River in Germany and I will gladly help you if I can.
Nice videos but if I could make a suggestion add a recording date to the either the info or at the end of the video. As I have seen the other videos from this serie I suspect that these were made in the summer time of 2021? And when you skipped parts in the video make a note about that too, for the viewer who knows some parts you are driving it makes the video more understandable and logic. Either in the video or as a comment in the info.
Thank you for your comments :-) When I don't provide information regarding time and date it's because I want to respect the privacy of those who are involuntarily "featured" in my videos. However, you are absolutely correct in assuming that my videos from Schleswig-Holstein were recorded during the summer time of 2021. I mostly skip parts where we are driving on motorways as they are usually quite boring. I'm new to video editing but I will think of ways to make it more obvious that parts of the route are being skipped without detracting too much from the aesthetics of the video. I hope you will find inspiration in my videos to travel and I will be happy to answer any queries you may have :-)
This is a beautiful region of Germany. Having lived in Weikersheim for two years, I was keen to see more of it. Nevertheless thanks for uploading. Indeed when you look at these small villages in Germany.....like ghost towns. No one (except cars) on the streets. If I have seen correct the first human appeared on the sidewalk at 28:23 in a side street in Weikersheim. Why didn't you drive straight through that village? That's why I like the Mediterranean better which is alive throughout the day, too.
Thank you for your comment. It is indeed a very beautiful region of Germany. We took a look at a map of the Romantic Road and decided that we couldn't possibly visit all the small towns so we picked a handful of towns that we thought looked interesting. You are absolutely right - most of the towns seem to be almost deserted. However, the day we visited Weikersheim was the 2nd day of Pentecost (Pfingstmontag) and I suppose most Germans are either at home with their families or away on vacation on this particular day.
Great video,Delft is great city with a lot of Dutch history, all our Royal family are Buried in that Great Church and the first Dutch monarch William of Orange lived there
Thank you. In Denmark we have a cathedral in a town just outside Copenhagen which serves exactly the same purpose. The Kings and Queens of Denmark have been buried in Roskilde Cathedral since the 15th century.
Ah... Noordwijk looks nice - it reminds of the wide sandy beaches in Denmark where I live. We thought we had arrived in time to see the bulb flower fields in the area (mid-April) but most of them had already been harvested, so we had to go to Keukenhof to see the pretty bulb flowers in all their splendid colours :-)
and again great video,iv also been in Baarle Nassau in the summer great place with people and cafes and nice cars and bikes,i did a lot of city trips years ago with my mother we traveled then by train ,we i live in Dordrecht
We only went to Baarle-Nassau to experience the crazy border situation with the enclaves and exclaves - the GPS in our car had a hard time deciding whether we were in The Netherlands or in Belgium :-)
Great Video,i love The road into THe Hague en Scheveningen, lovely architecture skyscapers and old buildings,i've been there a lot for Shopping, city walking eating at great restaurants and als o some carspotting
Thanks. We had a great trip around The Netherlands where we got to see many interesting sights from Groningen in the north all the way down to Maastricht in the south - more videos to follow. We stayed for a couple of days in Rotterdam - great city with lots of modern architecture :-)
Gracias :-) I was aiming at creating an informative video for tourists like myself who would like to visit the beautiful city of Segovia while on vacation in Madrid.
