Three springs are in the wrong holes on the mirror ML with the Gotoh the larger holes are for screws to lock the spring down so they would fall out the smaller holes are the ones you want to use they have a notch for the spring to sit in snuggly there probably isnt enough tension to keep them held into the larger holes for the screws could imagine they might pop out if more extreme whammy antics are used most likely on a pullup. You did say you were rushing but I wouldnt want a spring flying out from the back. Like the pink SC clone interesting choice.
I cant find the exact store you mention in video for the pink southern cross. Can you send a link? I've been looking at one and have heard tons of horror stories. Thanks, beautifull guitar btw!
do u think that we can get close to the original gutiar if we replace all the electrical parts, such as jack, switch, potentiometers plus pickups, bridge and tuning machines ?
@@Lucas-nu8ur you can upgrade all that and it will definitely be a great player but the problem is the neck shape. Totally different than deans or washburns. These necks are too fat to play like the real deal.
I have a Carlino Dean MLF I sent to Kamn(whom recently passed). He paved over the neck pickup with the real deal cracked mirror. This was in 2010 or so, and it still kicks all sorts of ass.
Sucky Floyd Rose is what it is definitely needs upgrade. Pick ups are obviously off and doubt they are very good bought fakes before with bad pick ups. You didn't get hurt too badly it looks like but definitely would change the pick ups and the bridge besides that you didn't get burnt that bad i would probably only gave two hundred dollars for it.
Definitely wall hanger at best but....still fun. I ordered the Ace Frehley model which is one I always wanted but could never, ever afford. At least I have something to remind me of my youth.
no way is that overkill for playing in your house, i have my tripple stack with a peavey XXL head and two qsc gx5 poweramps, and them it's direct out from the peavey to my mixer into the 5,000 watt pa that we use live, i need a new foundation on my house , but hey, at least i can hear myself ,aand i've never once heard my neighbors complain,,,, actually , i can't hear much else besides my amp, lol,(i really do have that set up in the house)
