Fuenteseca is undefeated in blanco blinds I've conducted. I always separate regular from high proof because I think the higher proof always has the advantage.
Thanks for the comparison. It always amazes me the difference in taste profile when doing a blind tasting versus just alone. It also looked as if your neighbor picked the #2, Fuenteseca as his preferred choice.
Cant remember how I came across u guys...other than showing up under Tequila content..probably was after finding Lui and Lou Agave.. You two have grown on me a bit...just a lil bit of advice however...do not get political...I see undertones of politics getting involved...ie..."affordable healthcare" nonsense. Dont go there w that bs..imho...whether its intended or not...its treading a fine line...and it has nothing to do w lack of sensitivity or caring but has everything to do w a hugely polarizing topic in this country...especially now. 🤙😎
The TBAC barrels were not aged in Sazarac barrels. 100% French oak. Never touched a bourbon barrel. They blend the regular stuff with both french and american oak.
@@sipsavorandcelebrate Sazarac is the importer. So it was coordinated through them. Sazarac imports all of San Matias's tequila. So they call it the Sazarac Barrel Select program since they print the stickers.
@@sipsavorandcelebrate we’re all tequila nerds and there is an appreciation for other people’s passions, especially for good tequila. Even if it’s just a rolling video of your collection, many of us can recognize the brands on the shelf. Commentary on your prized possessions, “go to’’ bottles, first bottles, etc. You guys definitely know good tequila. Big fan!
Of all the high proof you guys have had, which one is your favorite? Cazcanes and Wild Common are probably mine. I’m waiting for Alma from SipTequila to arrive.
