Bad quality. In less than 3 months just stopped working. The sales guy says that the technical dept will contact us. And nothing. Don´t waste the money. Also, from the short period when was working, not useful to all type of paints.

I have been given a quote for an automatic gate in which is specified an "AC LA400 - LiftMaster LA400 Swing Gate Operator". Is the "AC" a model spec? I was told I needed to have 110 at the post. Came back to help anyone with this model. I started out with the humming (motor not turning due to being restricted) well if you take those 3 screws off the bottom the black piece will just fall off. You don't need to take the 8 screws out like I did on the white part, after taking the black piece off. Grab ahold of the propeller and wiggle the assembly out. If you have a lot of hair wrapped around the rod it may be alittle tough but the whole metal part will pull out and you'll also have a plastic piece spacer that connects the metal part(with propeller) to the rod inside. Clean all debris and put back same way. After doing this my propeller knife spun way better and is now back running. Hope I can help someone out with this system. Had to dig in blind. Again I had the humming noise due to motor not turning and stiff propeller knife but still spun by hand just not easy.
Any updates to these? Like a wireless one? I need to install one on my gate, but I'd have to dig under a 16' driveway to install the wires... The ground is rock and hard clay, not easy to drive a pipe under it.

Lift assure is a really bad product. I bought one and from the beginning I had problems with the pump. You can't even throw toilet paper because it stops working. Customers service is really bad and I couldn't get my money back
This was just an excerise? Because, I was not set on the diagrams I selected. But, I definitely want to redraw. i was just going through the templates to see what works.
