You probably won't see this Agent because this is an old video, this video helped me in the long run, i'm 5'11, when this video came out I was 16 going on 17, and I weighed 270. I watched this video a bunch and kept going, eventually covid sent us away for lock down, with no gym to work out with my dad, or any physical work. I ballooned to 330 at my all time biggest. I was 304 when I graduated in 2022, went right back to 315-320 within a year. I hated looking at myself from the side in photos. After getting on meds to help keep focused/energized and to help curb my appetite, along with going back to watching this video once every couple of weeks, as of September 22nd, I weight 210, heading for my goal of 185 by the end of October, thank you Agent. This vid genuinely changed my life.
IM SO PROUD OF YOU, AGENT ❤❤❤ body positivity is great, people should like being in their skin but we as a society took it too far, shouldn’t be at the detriment of your bones, heart - health in general. I lost 100lbs and I have energy to LIVE. It’s hard but you can do it!!!!!
I just had to come back. This was a big beef that was bad for both parties. Agent doing his big one now. And fredo is reeping the benefits of his actions against his own group. Just hope we all grow from it, and learn from the mistakes 💯
When I lost 13lbs in 3 months by doing nothing (on top of very bad stress) I somehow got a little motivated to actually start doing something, before school I wouldn’t eat breakfast and I’d go to school and not each lunch either, then when I’d get home I’d eat a shit ton. I’m pretty sure that’s a prime factor of how I ended up failing. Even now I eat what I want but I haven’t gained that weight back since I lost it, so I feel like I’m at an advantage if I do start helping myself and working out, i used to play sports but got injured on top of my slowly developing mental illness and puberty right in that time period. I’ve decided to start today and if I remember this comment in the future or if anyone sees despite it being very late, I’ll update 🩷 currently 5’6 and 155
