These might work but they're some of the worst ones for your joints and back. I know how to just grow the muscles without taxing the knees back or hip joints or affecting your mobility at all besides for improving it. Especially if you work on your feet, you don't want to be doing any of these they'll only hurt you long term. It's all about mind muscle connection you have to learn to do simple small movements but only using the set of muscles you're targeting and nothing else. You barely have to even actually move to grow glutes so big you'll wish they were smaller

I have started doing plank since 3 weeks initially in the first week i did it after my cardio exercise. After the second week once i finished my cardio i would generally do a couple sets of pushup then plank for 1min this way i would already be exhausted before plank I am 6 ft tall and it has significantly helped me get my posture correct.Although it is tough to pull through the full minute in the first week but if you give your 100 percent you sure will do it!!

I started 2 years ago, with 1 minute, now up to 2min plank, then 30 sec side crunches, left/right 1min total, then 30 sec side holds/plank, left right. Then back to plank position with 1min of hip touches, left / right. Then 1 min up to push up position and back down to plank, repeating for 1 min. Total 6 mins. Carrot juice helped me with digestion problem and constipation issues. All i had to do is complete stop drinking caffeine everyday which was very tough for first 3 days but after than got used to not drinking tea everyday. Now all i do is drink one full glass carrot juice first thing after i wake up. Amazing results just after 6 days.
