I seem to loose a bit of power when accelerating on up hills or when almost stopping and I start accelerating almost at the next shifting of gear it almost seems like it wants to choke not a mechanic and looking to get some guidance on what it might be any help/advice would be appreciated thanks

have a 2007 volvo. bought the bleeding kit and went around to find that rubber grommet but home depot didnt have it or the parts stores. think im gonna have to rig it

My truck vibrates heavely when it's running on ideal and when I'm driving with heavy load it also vibrates and also looses big power in the engine when I try to speed up to 20kilometer it looses power so I really don't know what's the problem

What can cause pressure drop in the fuel rail? I’ve already swapped out the fuel rail pressure relieve valve. No codes but pressure in the fuel rail still dropping from 29k psi to 160 when I shut the engine

Using cleaner on a sensor causes it to foul quicker the next time. Use a clean, dry brush to clean it.

So poke a hole in the rubber grommet just for the fitting? Not poke a hole all the way thru the rubber grommet?

I have 0 turbo psi, it was working good earlier. Just happened after I turned the truck off. What could it be?

Every time I had pressure my rubber cork keeps popping off. I even try to use my hand 🤚🏼 to keep it from popping from the pressure I’m pumping in.

Stop all that pumping ...get a pump up sprayer put some brake fluid in it cut the hose off at the end so it fits the bleeder screw on the clutch slave cylinder. Take off the top of the resvor tank use the sprayer to push fluid up and when the bubbles are gone and resvor tank if full tighten the bleed screw your finished..

Great info. I have a derate for spn1172 fmi2 turpo inlet temp sensor. Dealers are closed on labor day today so i cant find a part. I have 400 miles to go today and it keepts derating and then gping back to normal. Just trying to make this delivery on time. Hope it doesnt shut me down. 🤞

A windshield washer also works well . Loosen reservoir cap and attach washer hose to slave cylinder bleed screw pulling brake fluid from a container . Open screw and turn pump on . When fluid overflows out of reservoir - stop - tighten screw . Pump will put out 38 PSI . 7/19/23
