thank you so much!! Yes! I just use the Makartt press-on nail glue to glue them on and they stayed on for a good while! I ended up soaking them off but they would've lasted a good 2+ weeks definitely 🤍

So I bought the Yogurt HYYH set a few months ago solely for the BTS connection (well, and because it's a beloved collection and GLITTER), and every time I pull one out I think, "I hope Leah from Peachy Nail Co knows about this!" I shouldn't have doubted 😁 Also, am I crazy, or do they smell like spearmint?

Hi! Thank you so much for these techniques and the explanation, I really appreciate that you share your work with us. For the camera and the focus, the fact that you have several elements close (the stands and the nails, your hands and the nails working on) confuses the focus. I think it's a good idea to only have the nails working on focus and putting the stands aside while you work (outside cam view). It may help :)
you sort spoke fast as you said "this is on uncured gel by the way." do you mean your blooming gel was uncured? I never really understood the process of blooming gel either. In fact, for some reason I thought you should put the color on first and then the blooming gel on top of uncured color gel. Please clarify if you can. I would love to learn
i had the same question but i figured it out! you put a layer of blooming gel down first and leave it uncured. you add your color on top of the blooming gel and it let it spread a bit before you put it in the lamp and it cures all together! :-)
@@xvgonzales yes!! The blooming gel is uncured (you can use base coat too, never worked well for me though) and leave if uncured before putting the gel on top 🤍🤍

Could you explain the matte coat's purpose for chrome? Didn't understand that part, and am definitely looking for tips!! I always use a no-wipe topcoat to adhere chrome... or a color gel that cures tackless.
Yes! I use that method for larger areas of chrome but I think I forgot to say, I use the matte top coat for isolated chrome designs as I find nothing sticks at all when I dust the chrome off aside from the tacky gel I put on top for the design 🤍
The watercolor palette is such a good idea for keeping extra mixed gels in! I will have to get some of those. Loved hearing about all or your favorites-the Doi nudes are some of mine too! Such a nice formula. Honestly the Saviland chromes are such a good budget option in my opinion! I plan on doing a favorites video soon as well, so thank you so much for sharing ❤
They're super handy and so cheap too! The Saviland ones are really great, so cheap compared to some of the other brands and work just as well. Maybe not as finely milled as some of the more expensive brands but I really do love them, just a shame about the packaging because I'm too clumsy 😂 I'd love to see your favourites!! 🤍
Ahh yes, I found my old lamp (a sunlamp) wasn't too great, so I switched to the GAOY press-on nail lamp and it's so much better! @@genahebert4 ah that’s a shame 😭 I don’t know of any flatter ones than than Apres natural unfortunately! I do have quite flat nail beds and just use lots of glue to adhere so possibly that may help a bit? If I find any super flat square tips, I’ll let you know 🤍🤍
I'm always battling with lighting to get nice photos-it's crazy the difference it makes. Love the top down shots! They were great for for seeing more of your process 😊 I used to have a Kpop rhythm game on my phone years ago and had to uninstall it because it was too addicting 😂 And the glass nails look wonderful! I've been eyeing that New Moon collection for so long ❤

I don't think this was a slow video at all, just relaxing! And I'm glad to hear you're feeling better, it's awful you were sick for so long. By the way, the idea of using black or white instead of clear gel for chrome powder is brilliant! I'm still pretty new to working with gel (been doing my own dip nails for a couple years, but gel is so much more versatile, I love it!), so I love coming across these kinds of tips. It gets easier every set! Thanks for sharing your process, your designs are gorgeous!

It really was, I'm glad to be back now 😭 I've heard some people also use the same colour gel under the chrome (so purple gel for the purple chrome to stick on) and I haven't tried it but apparently it helps the colour pop! I find when I use white, the colours get a bit lighter (so gold is a lighter gold, silver very soft etc) and black gives a stronger colour to the pigment! Dip seems so hard, props for doing it for so long 😆 I love the versatility of gel, you can spend so much longer drawing compared to traditional polishes which I love
@@PeachyNailCo Exactly, it's like, I am *not* fast or accurate enough for stuff that has a limited working time. It's great that if I hate how something is turning out I can just swipe with some alcohol and start over 😅
Thank you! I use the app “the day before” and you can add the countdowns as widgets on your iOS home screen that way! It only lets you do six I think, so when Jin was still enlisted I had to mix some names for them all to fit, but it’s so nice to see the days go down 🥹

aww thank you so much!! It’s so good! I’s recommend trying different curing times because 90 seconds seems a bit inconsistent for me now? It’s odd, definitely a learning curve for me 😭😂 It’s an amazing product though, no need to mix black and thick top gel together anymore!!
hello! I use the iPad Pro 11inch 2020 version, the (now older, I think) Apple Pencil and Procreate!! I bought it all for University during the pandemic so it's definitely come in handy now 😆
