there more oprtion to solve this. 1) Delete port 80, & 443 than add again. 2) go setting and Select port and right click to go properties and make it enable or disable as your need. if no problem consist in your browesing you may contine with this. 3) For Details please follow these steps You don't need the cmd prompt to disable port 80. To disable port 80, go to Windows Firewall with Advanced Security (just type it in the Start search box). On the left you'll see Outbound Rules, right-click on it and select New Rule... Then, select Port in rule type and hit Next. Select protocol TCP and type 80 in the Specific Remote Port box. Then, select Block the connection and hit Next. Select the network profile(s), give it a name (and remember it) and click on Finish. This new rule will be added to the list of Outbound Rules. In case you want to enable web browsing back again, find the rule by name, right-click it and hit Disable Rule. That's it.
