They just know how to sell, but nothing else. The salespeople are Nazib Mallick, Sushovon Ray and Sanjoy Das. If any one of them wants to visit your home to demonstrate, please avoid them immediately. They don’t have enough knowledge about the materials and all that. Moreover, every person in this company is not at all trustworthy. You’ll end up losing money and time. In our kitchen, the complete installation was done within the second week of February 2024. After that, I asked them to provide the warranty card several times, but they gave excuses and delayed it for over 2 months. It's May 3, 2024, and I still haven’t received the warranty card after making so many phone calls and conversations. And the after-sales service is worse than ever. They are not fixing the kitchen-related issues as well, and now they are not answering the calls anymore. The accountant, Sumita Roy, provides unrealistic commitments and excuses every single time. I faced extremely unprofessional & unethical behaviour from every member, especially from salespersons, such as not answering the phone calls, making false statements repeatedly, failing to provide the correct things on time, mismanagement, and unskilled labour. I completely wasted my money here. The technician/fitter, Mrityunjay, was not well trained regarding measurements and all, which affected our numerous kitchen design elements. Further, several unsatisfactory things occurred, which I noticed while the final products were installed due to the measurement and plan issues. Even I asked them to provide the proper plywood material information that was used for making the final products, but they didn’t provide any details properly and gave the excuse that the information is not shareable. And there are so many communication gaps between the employees of this company as well. After the completion of the work, I sent a complaint letter to the owner of the company, Mr. Atanu Paul, to ask him to contact me and discuss the situations I faced, but I didn’t get any response from him either. In that case, if it continues, the ATMO (A Unit of AMBITION) company won’t last for 10 years, and thus there’s no meaning in providing the 10-year warranty claim. My worst decision was to make the modular kitchen from ATMO (A Unit of AMBITION). Don’t make this mistake ever.
