Well sadly not for me. Too late to hand in vacation days now because everyone else is already done. Whatever happens i hope plans for the next EF will be out sooner. For everyone else have fun.
The hotel prices hurt lol I am not paying 1,5 k just for a room nearby This plus the very short notice change of date are a hard no for me this year Maybe next year if there are room deals Pretty upset though because I was asked to work at the con staff this year But the venue looks so awesome. Everyone who os going is hopefully having a great time.
@@KronixLP na the distance to Hamburg isn't the issue since I am living in middle Germany but still way to much money wise. I am not spending a months salary on a hotel room plus I have to inform my employer in December about my vacation times for next year, so my vacation is already set in stone.

@Zicky Sissypaw Mercure Hotel Hamburg Mitte. It's about 600m walking distance to the CCH. Radisson Blue was too expensive for my taste and InterCity Hotel already was booked out yesterday😅

Just as I moved to a city one hour away from berlin with a direct ICE connection, but okay... guess I can transfer in Hannover, maybe pick up some friends on the way xD

Das selbe Datum konnten sie so spontan nicht halten. diese Center sind leider Jahre im vorraus gebucht. Nächstes Jahr haben sie sicher schon ein besseres Datum fix.
The Radisson is in the same complex and the other hotels are nearby, just 10 minutes walk, max. And there is a pick up bus system called Moja in Hamburg. You can call via Moja App a little bus, big enough to get in with your fur, clean and convenient, and this is pretty cheap to travel with. About 4€ for a 10km ride. And there are also night busses from HVV going every 30 minutes if you just find a room outside the city. Hamburg is smaller than Berlin but it is a safer town and the bus and subway connections are well.
