That master closet could double as an office. Also, if i had it, i would turn the negative living room space, just to the right of the entrance way, into a mini library. It has a very nice layout, and i would love this house.
I don't know why you say those floor plans are just for men. I liked goosebumps and the raven. It's just me and my husband now. Two bedrooms, twobaths ares plenty. The most important thing for him would be the very large garage, which I'm okay with. As long as he stays out of my kitchen.
Why is price for the build never mentioned? Yeah, sure we know region and cost of property and so many other aspect go into the price. But give us a ball park range for the region your in.
This is what I’ve been looking for! I live in Southeast Texas & see a lot of barndo’s all over Brazoria county This is beautiful exactly what I’m looking for! 😍😍😍
It’s funny that they’re call 1,000 sq ft a “tiny home”. Not that long ago 1,000 square feet was a normal 3 bed 1 bath home you raised a family in. In my area 960 sq ft (24’x40’ footprint) Cape cods, ranch style and raised ranch homes are very common.
It's funny they choose luxury restroom for the shop where all the grease and dirt will get on it. However other than that I love this design. Definitely a dream home. 🤎👍
Hey Charlie, My Wife and I really like this home and wanted to ask do you have an actual floorplan layout of this model that gives the actual room sizes and overall Exterior measurements? Also I noticed a round hole in the livingroom floor, is that a drain or a electrical hook up. And finally what about cost of this unit.....Thanks very much Jeff M
I see too many double hung windows. When my customers asked why I liked casement windows so well, my response was, “ would you design in sliding windows / doors in a submarine?” They leak folks. Double hung windows have 8 sides of two windows that have to be loose enough to “slide”. Just imagine a twenty mile an hour wind pushing cold air ( winter) or hot air ( summer) in around those 8 sash sides. On the opposite side of the home heated air ( or cooled air ) will be leaking out of the house. Consequently you will have to pay to reheat or re-cool all that air that is leaving your house. I started building energy efficient building and solar homes back in 1981. No longer building at 78 but still do a little designing. What air you have conditioned ( heated or cooled ) keep it or pay for it over and over and over!
I think the master is too small and yes too many windows in the bedrooms and not enough wall space. I’m interested in this model but I’ll definitely make modifications to the plans.
I have 5 acres in Show Low, Arizona (NorthEastern Az) and would like to build a barn home. Do you guys do out of state builds and how much increased cost would that be for me to use you? 2:29
Hopefully we get a check /see it then will believe it /promise us all over and over and nothing happened yet? Hopefully they all vote and pass a 4 th stimulus check and a big raise on sSSI social security /food stamps then maybe we all could get back on our feet from such high cost of economy living! Here in America! Hopefully this happens
