We visited a few years ago and was very disappointed and now they have closed a number of the bigger rides and still charging high prices .they really need to have a shake up and spend some money.
I believe the parent company should be called out. I’m sure the local management wants Flambards to succeed. Very sad decline since Livingston Leisure took over.
Such a shame that flambards has gone this way what else have we got left here now? I have heard it is closing at the end off the season so we’ll wait and see. How did you get back for Florida so fast 😂😂😂

Awesome! We flew with Virgin when we went to Orlando back in 2013 and couldn't fault them! Back then, it was a 747 Jumbo. What are the new smaller planes like you seem to have plenty of room?
Didn't know the history of this building,great vlog. In the 80s the back of the arcade still had the stage. There were pinball tables lined up in front. Guess you don't remember the crazy golf and putting green where the play park is now? They were run by Penwith Council.
@theBriceSide Awww, it was incredible. They even had coin-operated battery kiddie cars that went around the crazy golf. My first experience of driving 😆
@theBriceSide 1970s through to 80s. I remember the crazy golf being 10p and the putting 5p. They also had a putting green run by the council on Newlyn green by the bowls club. Just tried finding pics online but can't find any. Feeling old now! 😆

Thanks to the internet, folk have forgotten how to shop. Can they be asked to even leave their homes? Had an antiques shop in Penryn in the early 2000s which did really well, but so glad I don’t have it now, it would struggle.
Hi buddy, another cracking video mate. Etheringtons is amazing mate all our chickens and spare ribs come from there 😊 we have had quite a lot off rain mind so guessing that’s why it’s so wet. You can’t beat an ice cream from there ansome. 😊

Flambards isn’t what it used to be, I’ve been going for over 35 years since it was an aeropark and I worked back there in 2021 as a ride mechanic, it breaks my heart to see it going down the pan like it is, the people there work so hard, I can’t see a future for the place the way it’s going, will be a sad day when it closes, will be mine and many others childhoods gone 😢
Don’t bother with it folks! I grew up in Cornwall and Flambards used to be like heaven to me. But was there just a week ago and was almost in tears. It’s been reduced to nothing but a few average fair ground rides. So, so sad
Nice to see your video of our village. It feels a lot less frantic this year. Shame about the pasties but at least we have a good excuse to leave the village😄
