@@mimiski88 I already had PVC pipe and Velcro at home. So I ended up spending about $28 at Joanns for the awning material and $20 at Home Depot for acetone and a can of white paint.
This is so beautiful!Question…When tying the balloons together, you said to tie them close to the nozzle to allow for plenty of room between the balloons. Is that tying closer to the base of the balloons where they touch or further away from where they touch, close to where you blow them up? Hope this makes sense.
