Totally agree, I didn’t even know they were illegal. Government BS like you said, they’ve not had the time yet to figure out How to take tax of people from them. Don’t know if you know of the channel Geoff Carter but he recently got an Electric bike, not sure what the laws on those are. Thing is, I was watching the channel …..The MacMaster last night, he was in Benidorm and was slightly pissed off with a restaurant that Only took Cash. Well as you’ll know some restaurants here in U.K. like Chinese restaurants do that …..I know of one or two here in Derbyshire. Well we all know Why they do it, thing is Why on earth can’t the dozy governments figure it out and make them take Cards & Cash …….Obviously then it would cut down on Some of the Tax dodging. 🤷♂️ Businesses shouldn’t be aloud to trade unless they take Cards & Cash, you would think the dozy governments would have laws like that because it would obviously help to cut down on tax dodging ……which obviously would bring in more cash for governments 🙃 Maybe loads of government officials out there make more money from backhanders from keeping it all the way it is …….wherever money is involved ……corruption is not to far away …..lol 👍
A lot of places these day say paying cash saves them money on bank charges ie card charges! Then you go to some places where they won’t accept cash only card!! 🤔
@@cornwallandbeyondwithsmith8119 Yes totally agree, in fact I forgot about that …..I was taking to a guy who has a Newsagent shop in Buxton about 2 years ago ……he was telling me about all the different charges Card companies are screwing people for. He said someone came into his shop for a credit for Gas or Electricity …… the transaction was around £80 and for some reason the Card company refused to pay him, so he lost out on £80 transaction. After that anyone wanting a Credit for Gas or Electricity …… he would only except Cash. So Yes their are definitely a few different sides to it all. Card companies are screwing business owners in Fees, and I guess that’s my some in Benidorm and other places only want cash. I think it’s unrealistic to expect say a family of 4 Etc to go into a restaurant in Benidorm Etc and pay Cash, the total for the meal and drinks maybe €150 - €200 plus ……who the hell carries cash like that these days.

to be fair, that does look like a good fish. Not only that but batter looks delicious, peas looks to be a decent colour and chips look like they're home fried. Where abouts is it in Scarborough?
Had a good time mate. Try to visit every year when crickets on so we can spend some quality time together. He ain’t happy though when I don’t stay with him 😂
We bought an Autotrail F 60 in March 2023, we had the problem with a blown fuse on the bed which I resolved myself, I bought a box of 10 spare fuses in case we had the problem again. The back light on the drivers side filled with water which the dealer replaced. We had the problem with the habitation door handle not opening the door which I again resolved by stripping the inner door skin off and aligning the mechanism correctly. We sold the vehicle after 6 months as we had lost confidence in the vehicle after experiencing a problem virtually every time we used it. We now have a Swift voyager which we have been away 4 times in it and have had no problems at all with it.
We must be top of the tree for taxing people mate! I think it’s a disgrace that people pay tax on their pensions after scrimping and scraping for years to retire!!
Port Benidorm looks nice, tinking about going in August on my own, its cheaper there on my own than it is going back to Flamingo Oasis, still love the flamingo and will be back there next year for a family holiday, had a great 2 weeks there this month.
Beautiful place, petty you don't care much for it as you vote in Tory scum that allows water companies main shareholders to award themselves huge financial dividends, while sewage and other pollutants are flushed into it in record above legal numbers. All facilitated by the Tories, your elected reps. ( Your = British electorate)
@@cornwallandbeyondwithsmith8119 flamingo oasis, here until Saturday, 2nd time at hotel and already looking at coming back next year, hotel entertainment has even been good this year
@@cornwallandbeyondwithsmith8119 Yeh been to both in the past Warren Farm with van and when we lived in Burnham was good for a night out pending what entertainment was on but live in Dawlish now when not away in the van, Haven Blackpool been 2 times nice site entertainment usually good local buses leave from site to town centre which is good.
I went to Rio park 50 years ago and I vowed never to return to benidorm, thankfully I haven't, Spain is a wonderful country and I've explored many places. I'll never understand why people go to the Spanish equivalent of new york
Not a problem most people think it was the old pier that burnt down its only people like me who have been going to Brean & Weston for nearly 50 years that know all the boring information 🤣
We liked Brean. It grew on us the few days we were there. All information is useful mate. Thanks for sharing and watching. Brean could be our next vlog, though I seem to have lost footage of the bit near the amusement park 🙈
I was thinking of heading up to York on Saturday to film but talked myself out of it …..lol Some of the food you guys had looked fantastic, Indian Etc. Wow you didn’t get Benidorm weather there mate lol……. Wowwww No wonder Benidorm is full of Brits. I’ve got Scarborough and Whitby in mind, looks like they dish out some really good fish & chips according to some of these RU-vid videos. I wonder if you guys have been to that place near Leeds, Murgatroys ….. Fantastic fish & chips and great prices. I had never heard of it until I saw a review on the channel ……Gary Eats, he does reviews in many different places.
Awwwww thanks for my Benidorm lift, feels like I'm walking it with you. Last days are always the worst and you just want to have that last pint which then turns into too many. 2 weeks today and we'll be back. First night Pig and Whistle, Mums first time so lots to show her. Thanks again for a fun watch 😃😃😃
@@cornwallandbeyondwithsmith8119 Hello, we're staying at the RH Victoria just in the Old Town. Great location, just around the corner from Winners Bar and minutes from Gin and Tonic Street. Probably 10-15 minutes to Rockstar and the start of Crazy Town but we like abit of that too. We love our Rock so we love Heartbreak Bar on the beachfront. Any plans on returning soon?😃😃😃
