Im Serena Aurora the CEO of Auroras Eye Films and here is how it began...
I traveled for many years, guided by an irresistible calling towards sustainability and regenerative communal living. When visiting organic farms, eco villages and intentional communities I made films as gifts - Aurora’s Eye Films - that gave them a voice. Witnessing the impact it had on education and consciousness set me on a mission:
Now the goal is to create content that is creative and unbiased as possible, so people may see the different possibilities out there and share them with others as we come together to help manifest our spaces of belonging.
I have begun realising this goal at Auroville, an international community in South India, where I live in a community. Aurora’s Eye Films continues as an activity, documenting the growth of the city, building bridges within Auroville, and with the world outside.
Yes I believe the plan is to make a building where medical equipment would be at hand, incase of such circumstances. Also the midwives are trained and would know when to call a doctor or go to a local hospital in an emergency.
What a wonderful share about the vibration of Matrimandir. I felt it again, the ground, the water, the butterflies…I was there again walking and feeling the vibration of the gardens, sister banion, and the connection with the petals, the chamber like the protector womb of a mother with the embrace of a caring father. All of myself was there again. And in a few days i will. It was like an invitation to return home! Thank you so much once again 🙏🏻❤️
i dont know why you foreigners living here your country is much more developed clean .I am not saying in wrong sense but why you can leave in japan , chine why only india yu would have made community in other developed countries as well why in this under developed country only . our you people are above from this thoughts and had gone in deep spirituality

Goupi, you massaged me when I was in coma when I was almost twelve, then I came to Italy to learn how to walk again. When I was 13, back in India, I was massaged in Bhirenda's center, I met him and a real affection was amongst us. He used to instruct Jean-Louis and Njal on how to massage me. I was away from India a couple years for my studies, but when I came back at 16, I remember you giving me such good massages which helped me a lot. <3
Actually from what I understand the proportion of Indian aurovilliens is almost half of the residents, not including all the villagers, volunteers and guests. It's actually supposed to be an international township where people all over the world love together experimenting with living in human unity and peace. I think there is about 70 different nationalities there at the moment, looking to keep growing in number..
My friend who lived close to the community and a few other people who know the place well have constantly mentioned how cultish it is, there is rampant racism against locals from the french and other white residents, and the internal politics is frustrating and stressful. Definitely not the utopia they like to paint! also homeopathy is pseudoscience!

Matrimandir is much more than a place, it’s the Divine inside us. Inside the chamber, down at lotus pond, the petals, the gardens, the lovely Banion sister tree, everything brings me, deep inside, the beautiful Energy of the Divine. I’m almost returning ❤
