I have imposter syndrome for all aspects of my life…the writer, the beat maker, the song designer, the mixer, the masterer, the distributor, the critic, the commentator…..the golfer, the hockey player.
1:31:00 If you watch the Martin Scorsese documentary Shine A Light and notice how they turned off Jack's guitar mid-solo, and notice Keith's gesture to Jack you wouldn't be surprised
GOD gave you a great gift 💝 Gordon thanks 😊 for sharing it with all of us May GOD be glorified and souls come to know and receive JESUS in their hearts 💕 GOD bless you and your beautiful family.
I found one thing, if a band's members are all from one school or grown up together, the band would be a very great band, like Blues Traveler and Dream Theater😃
I was playing Sunset Strip with my band at that time...Whiskey, Troubadour...was at the Rainbow a LOT, the booth in front of the fireplace or the Zep booth or upstairs in the loft. Played FM Station a LOT...met Lenny Wolf from Kingdom Come there and wrote lyrics for two of his albums on Columbia. Played the Country Club, too. It was a magical time, like he said. So happy for Jeffrey!
Frank is so generous with his knowledge. So much great info here about an amazing JT album. Equal passion for audio & the music, on the album and in this podcast. The Tom hits in Gaia had the same affect on me too. I remember picking up the CD to see who the hell had engineered the album. Just a gorgeous piece of work. Thanks gentlemen! This was a truly enjoyable podcast.
Tony did a lp with a French band Trust ''Savage'' in '82 and that's a great sounding lp too...drummer on that one is Nicko McBrain soon to join Iron Maiden..the drums and guitars sound huge
