this song always is so emotional to me personally, always makes me cry at the thought of my dad's hardships and strength to overcome them for me and my siblings and his wife (my mom), while he is never open with his feelings I want and hope to be able to tell him with words and actions that all his efforts were not in vain and he will always be loved and respected by us.
