I prefer the character of the Marshall, the sound is more open and balanced, while the Bose is more bassy and like listening to music in a sealed room.
B&O allows you to add more base into the song in the app. You won't believe how strong the bass would be if you adjust in the app. In this video they didnt do that so the bass in the Explore is lighter than the Flex

I like your tests truly, but the music could be more dynamic in choice… For example, EDM, Hip Hop, Reggae, test the bass on the D12 to see how it supports the speaker when you turn it up to almost maximum volume. I watched your videos and your music is all the same. Copyright music exists like what you play….
Haha you can not use a IR thermometer like that on glass. The measurement will be 90% from something else than the surface you are aiming at. Low emissivity, and very high reflectance on glass. You need to measure with surface thermometer on glass
I think the Sonos Era 100 sounds better on the first two songs but on the Piano and the Jazz song I think the Amazon Echo Studio is way better suited. The Piano sounds more natural and the Double Base of the Jingle Bells sounds a lot better too. I wonder if there's any way to adjust the treble and mid range maybe to get a richer sound from the Studio on music like Songs 1 & 2? I'm looking to buy either one of these later this week and I'm leaning towards the Echo Studio because of the woofer speaker and the fact that it's louder, but the Era 100 is a lot crisper sounding so I've a dilemma on my hands.
I have both. Marshall emberton ii sounds better. I used my bose soundlink mini ii se for my ipad air to watch netflix. I use my marshall emberton ii when i chill in my patio. But i use my stanmore iii when i clean my house 😂 it is loud and i could hear it when im upstairs cleaning. Prior to my stanmore iii, i used my bose soundlink flex party mode (2) but battery life isnt great when i blast it for longer hours. My more than two cents. Thank you.
They are both very good. Max might get louder, but both are good speakers. Me personally I stick to the revolve :). I also think that the flex is still a great choice if you don’t need extreme loudness
@@stevendavies3379 this is 100% all in honest opinion. They both sound great. But like i said, each one is in a different category. Like. A1 in an office will turn some heads because the sound is in believable. Bose will do the same in a small party because of the big sound in a small package.. its really a question of preference, you are good either way..👍
