The problem with selling consumers any bci technology, even so with integrated ai, is that they harvest data. If it gets too advanced then that means we have no true privacy. The so called ethical bci doesn't exist when it reads sensitive brain data. That's what these big corporations don't understand.
We are already in an aged civilization where it's already hard enough to have privacy on the web or anywhere, let alone them reading my thoughts with an ai trained in who knows what.
Too many marketing buzzwords for what's just an Oculus with a substandard sensor set. I'll tell you this - without proper silicon pads on your head, you won't be able to scan much through this disposable design, that pretends nobody has hair. This is a solution looking for a problem. You can buy both, a sensor set and a VR helmet with eye tracking. What can you do with them? Nothing useful. Just a gimmicky mess with unreliable noisy data, that has no practical purpose. They want people to buy it, to figure out what it's for, as otherwise, all they have is this pitch written by the marketing team that has no clue as to what it's for either.
I think the better angle would be accessible BCI technology for individual developers, which I think is amazingly cool, but these companies can't help but put AI buzzwords in every video title, sure AI plays a part in the tech but I think a cooler angle would have been a caption more focused on spreading BCI technology for everyone. Still, it's cool.
Hi,@raabismurfette4623. Sorry to hear about this. May we know when did you purchase the device, and what is the activity you're doing with it when you encounter it's overheating? Karla_Lenovo
Lenovo m10 5g Sim model TB30ZU and I bought it in Amazon. Somebody says that it's quite normal to have such heat in lenovo but I'm quiet afraid because I'm gonna store all of my study materials there only. And also there is no return policy in Amazon only 7 days replacement with 1 year warranty
@@Nobody-Nowhere I was going to say this. I think there's a nice separation now between real life experiences and virtual experiences. I think both are important, but real life experiences are definitely non optional.
Nice, first I was kinda let down, assuming it was just Lenovo's Ad. But once I realised its AD for Lenovo that funds an interesting project, I'm all for it! You can truly do so much more in collaboration with others, than on your own.

Driving and playing musical instruments with our minds... wow. You know what will be more amazing? If the device wasn't huge, and it's actually affordable...
Can two people read each other's thoughts or memories if they wear this? No, I know. But making languages, signs, and gestures useless would be the next big thing in technology!
