13:54 Here is one of several examples of when Reba realizes that she was in the wrong and makes up for it. I don't think she was wrong to expect them to use birth control as long as they live in her house or to move to their own place if Cheyenne does get pregnant. However she was over the top controlling. Cheyenne and Van also realized that they were wrong and Reba was right in that they should plan better.
Reba did not say that Cheyenne and Van could not have another baby. She said that they couldn't have another baby in her house. It means that if Cheyenne were to get pregnant again they would have to move out. I don't blame Reba. She has done so much for them and they don't even appreciate it. They should both be more financially secure and independent before Cheyenne gets pregnant again. She should have made them take two year vocational training instead of Cheyenne going to four year college so they could get good jobs sooner.
In the episode where Reba tells Kyra that she had to give the money to Cheyenne Kyra is very nice about it. She doesn't cry and complain that her mom is being unfair. She doesn't say that Reba loves Cheyenne more or is favoring her. In fact Kyra tries to make her mom feel better about it because she knows how hard a decision it was . Then when Kyra is leaving to move in with her dad she still doesn't blame Reba. She doesn't show any anger at all towards Reba. 18:55 In a later episode she blames Cheyenne for making things so hard on their mom. I am not sure why some people want to put all the blame on Reba when even Kyra isn't blaming her. Reba is partially at fault for Cheyenne being so self centered but as her father Brock is also responsible. Cheyenne obviously didn't become that way overnight. Even though Reba was very wrong in the way she treated Brock in this case we can later assume that they made up because only a few episodes later they are getting along much better.
She isn't being fair to Brock. Sometimes when people are hurt and upset they don't think logically but instead think with their emotions. Reba seems to be that way. In later episodes obviously she and Brock are on friendly terms again. Therefore we can assume that they reconciled over that issue.
