I have a 2022 Force 1000 Overland and the Pisgah State Park trails where great I did about 15 miles this ride. I have to say they are very very tame riding trials they are definitely short but.. I did not have access to the Hindsale connector trails this ride which would've absolutely help make the trail system more extensive. That being said they where fun trails and offered nice scenery and some interesting POI's. Check out my Instagram too for more wheeling and travel @mt_goat_603
@@Dinoxt12I need to check my comments I apologize. I commented on this the other day and looking back at your recent reply I see my comment didn’t hold for whatever reason. But what I did say in my respond was I had done about 15 miles or so and they are very very easy putt around king of trails. When the Hinsdale connector trail is open I imagine there is a lot more mileage you could do. Again sorry for my original reply not going through I’ll look into why I didn’t stay posted.
That I actually believe. I miss my old Honda 450es. Can’t beat driveshaft machines for work and torque. I’m 6.4 so those Honda don’t fit me unfortunately well not for long rides anyways.
Hey A Hole thanks for posting this video. I know other people have drove in there and not been caught but it is ILLEGAL to drove a motor vehicle to that pond. LOST POND ON RUSSELL MT ROAD IS WALK TO ONLY!! Finally caught some of you overlanders up there ruining stuff for everyone. Be prepared to hear from the game wardens bud.
If that is true then I apologize I actually try hard to do everything legally. I have a gps system that only tracks legal roads authorized for motor vehicles. Again if this is true I apologize there are no signs stating this at the entry to the pond I looked to double check but saw absolutely nothing. I appreciate the feedback and will double check next time. Please be respectful with your comments also this is not a page to cause trouble or issues. I’m trying to explore LEGALLY as best as I can. I’m not a bad guy we do make mistakes tho. Again no signs where posted saying you could not enter with a vehicle. Game wardens are free to call me I’d be happy to show them the photos I have of the very beginning to this trail showing there are zero signs posted. You and I can talk also and try and figure out why you hate overlanders so much as it seems we get a bad rep for the very very small amount that don’t follow rules but the rest of us do. Then we have you commenting on our pages being hostile and disrespectful. You don’t know me at all but would be happy to let you get to know me. I’m being honest and not a smart mouth just want people that think we are “A” Holes to understand most of us are good and respectful people. Sure looks like a trail to drive down, especially since they made it wide enough for a vehicle. There are tracks, and there are several canoes placed there for using. Oh, I must've somehow missed the fact that they must've walked them out there in the middle of nowhere, lol. Several of them, to be exact . Or the fact that no one is walking by foot or any other non motorized means to get to the middle of nowhere. Oh BTW thanks for telling me where it is now and the rest of the internet now we can all enjoy it 😂
