Hello ! My name is Steven and i am Greek . In 2016 i ve changed my diet for 2 months, because my Psoriatic Arthritis was getting worse . Ι fasted red meat, gluten( which gave me psoriasis ), nightsade vegetables, legumes, grains, nuts, sugar, dairy, coffee . I mostly ate raw fruits and vegetables(especially leafy greens whithout oil, wich are the best for autoimmune diaseses) , olives, backweed( sprouted and dehidrated ), kinoa, dates, sweet potatoes , a little brown rise and once in a wile i ate fresh fish, oil and eggs . Now, i have zero psoriasis and almost zero pain ! In 2021 dysautonomia came and i also manage it with the same diet ! The cure is amazing !!! Remember RAW not cooked vegetables . Give it a try for one month and you will see the resaults ! I hope you get better soon . Keep fighting .

If you want to help trans people, then go do that. Doing this is counter-productive to the movement. You're there to cause trouble and spread hatred. Your time and energies could be better used towards what you say you want
I have been close to the lgbtq+ all of my life, being a musician, ive attended the pride festival almost religiously before becoming a father, my brother is gay, alot of my closest friends in life have been gay, pride colors are part of my wardrobe, i dont know how i can possibly support a movement more than i already do without being considered a phobe for assuring you that these things you guys are saying about Ben are not true. They are so far from reality that you guys are existing in a space that is made by you and for you having no effect on the real world. You cant help your cause by completely missframing Ben and expecting to have a positive effect on ANYTHING much less the causes that you and Ben share. Please, please get a little more real. Open your mind. Ben does not promote hate, or violence by any means of the imagination. I cant even begin to express the positive message and solutions that Ben is bringing to the world because you guys are not here, grounded on reality. So my words will fly past you. All i can say is, try harder. Open your mind. Disconnect from your need to validate yourself in order to give yourself a better shot at experiencing a more objective reality. Best Wishes.
What am I watching?!? Ben Shapiro is not one of my favorites, though I do agree with his views! These kids are freaking NUTS!!! God, Help the future of humanity!!!! Ignorance IS NOT bliss, you literally are all being made fun of; the ones that preach tolerance, have got to be the most intolerant!!! You all look like fools!!! The leader of the liberal group in a Utah college said that he didn't care about the First Amendment and that the Constitution didn't really matter anymore. He so believes in the "right" of his beliefs that anything someone says that disagrees with him should not be allowed to be heard. And he believes it's not only his right, but his duty to shut those "others" up. This is extremism. My side is "right" and "moral" and your side is "hateful" and "evil." What that kid didn't see what that stopping people from speaking, using violence, shouting and intimidation is EXACTLY what Hitler's followers did. The Nazi Joseph Goebbels said that exterminating the Jews was the "moral" obligation of the German people. The Nazis believed that. Believed. I can see that kid in Utah someday leading his Brown Shirts in a Kristallnacht against people he deems "evil." People he calls transphobic, racist and privileged. If they actually listened to Ben Shapiro's message, instead of the rhetoric of activists, you might realize that you have much in common with his beliefs since he is anti-racist but doesn't believe in institutional racism. I believe he is wrong about transgender, even science now states that there is no way to classify "gender," since gender is a social construct and not biologically identifiable. I hope Ben and people with followers like him read the current scientific articles and eventually change their rhetoric.

I've got dysautonomia. Have had it since 2012. In my case if it's controlled by my autonomic nervous system then it's fucked up. I have problems being anything but horizontal, sleep patterns are shit, poor temperature regulation, digestive issues- vomit, constipation, diarrhea (sometimes will have all three going on), central sleep apnea, blood pressure is fucked to the point of where it's damaging my retinas, kidneys and liver (malignant hypertension) and heart rate will constantly be high to the point of where when I get stress tests I'm only walking for about a minute before I hit their target rate. Meds don't really work properly on me either. I either don't respond at all or I end up reacting to them negatively. Of course, I also have Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, Chronic Inflammatory Demylanating Polyneuropathy, carpal tunnel syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome, Sjogrens, Glaucoma, insulin dependent diabetes, Adult Onset Tourettes and Addison's disease. So I'm on a whole myriad of different medications including insulin, IVIG, IV fluids, benzos, opiates (these two are NOT and NEVER taken within the same hour of each other), beta blockers, tricyclic antidepressants and a muscle relaxer. My doctors also have me drinking multiple bottles of Gatorade, vaping nicotine eliquid and using full spectrum hemp orally each day. In short it's probably a miracle that I am still living even though I'm in a body that seems to want to kill me.
