the engine is a 2.0 pinto. top speed is around 110mph with the windscreen, 0-60 around 6.5 seconds. No wuick rack but would be a good addition, quick shift is great through.
It does the job excellently! it has been tested right up to 100 mph and turns the car into a daily driver (or at least it was mine for one summer!) Looks neat when folded back too.
Yeah exactly, 720 60fps. Really want to try out the 120fps, I have a manfrotto mount which will allow all kinds of angles too. Unfortunately I work in London so don't get to go out all that much in the kit car at the moment!
Did you have it on 720 60fps? The sides don't seem as curved as on some of my videos. It's a great little camera for mounting on the kit car. I was watching your hood video, that thing looks amazing! You looked a lot warmer than we were haha. I'm sure I'll see you at more runs out during the summer

Great video, mine is the yellow Formula 27 at the beginning (got a couple of videos on my profile). Shame we got split up, I was looking forward to convoying with you. I saw you had a go pro - had mine with me but didn't have time to get it mounted before we set off!
@maersklandro Thanks for your reply that is very interesting. The box is a 5 speed manual, the gearbox would be a good 20/30 odd years old so could be worn. It had fresh oil about 4 years ago - 4000 miles ago.
Because of transmission losses. Gearbox internal friction bleeding torque from the input shaft to the output shaft despite no actual mechanical connection between the two in Neutral. I'm guessing yours is a torque converter automatic? If it's a manual transmission I'd look into an oil change, pronto. That much spin is indicative of poor oil, low oil lever &/or gearbox wear.

@Nickthebassist01 haha, they're just old hub caps in this, i'll put some pics up on facebook when I have done them ;D I'm mainly doing them so I can keep road salt etc off my other 'main' alloys during the winter, yes its been driven in the snow lol.
Thanks for the feedback, i was trying to get happy medium to try and combat the wind noise as this is only a digital camera and there is no external mic. Cheers isctony
