i was using only starfruits and i couldnt reach even third flag without my defense being completly destroyed i just tried this and almost pass the level, thanks
i just cant get enough sun stack as you, i only reach under 1000 sun and then i found myself with my defense broken and 0 sun almost reaching the third flag. its too diffucult
Every time I got stuck on a level and looked at the official walkthrough, the answer was always either Starfruit or Snow Pea. Guess it makes sense that the solution to this would be both of them (at least without having to mash pause constantly like the official completion does...). I always seem to lose between the 3rd and 4th flags still though...
@@yogar2 people do this to not waste the time dragging their cursor through half of the screen while in-game, so they do this in pause instead. I'm not used to this tactic, so I prefer hotkeys in this mod
The fact that this is one of the best strategies to beating this level and your defense was still completely destroyed by the final flag really says something
That is something I always disliked about OS, because it made combat so risky, but OSE made it far too easy to dodge attacks making combats brain dead, unless you got surrounded by all sides but even then just run off align the enemies and there we go easy kills.
imo wall nut and magnet can be used here instead, the main problem in this level is just zombonies, also doom is just bad with that sun cost so imitate cherry instead, more starfruits and also dont be scared to spam your instas
@@Mydrecmaina yea I beated it without doom before (had to use lawn mower), that was me before my brutal mode arc tho xD, didnt consider chompers for zombonies and pumpkins instead of wall nuts back then
