ADASH - condition monitoring, vibration analysis measurement devices and software. Machine predictive maintenance. We produce a full range of vibration analysis equipment, from simple vibration data collectors, vibration meters to advanced vibration analyzers and on-line vibration monitoring systems. The data from the devices can be transferred to ADASH vibration software for further analysis and tranding. The Adash Ltd. company was founded in 1991. adash.com/
Unfortunately not in the App. But our VA3Pro analyzer/balancer or higher level devices has this option. See more about VA3Pro: adash.com/portable-vibration-devices/a4300-va3-vibration-analyzer
@@AdashCompany The track is amazing. It would be nice to be released or just shared with the public. I’d really love to be able to add it to my cozy playlist 😊
00:46 haahaahahahahaha I use these videos for my graduation work, finally there was an unexpected reason for me to laugh, and at the same time useful, special thanks from Azerbaijan
This is great, new to the whole concept but want to understand and learn. What a great place to start, low cost software, thank you very much. Cheers to you, good job on the video too.
Thanks a lot for making this video and animation too. but you should mentioned that all these descriptions are about single plane balancing! in dynamic or couple mode, the process is different. But it worth mentioning in your next videos :) especially by introducing coefficient parameters.
DO NOT run the fan with the hatch cover off! This will be a violation of safety protocol on EVERY plant site! You never know what is in that ductwork - product, welding slag, welding rods, etc. You don't want that coming out of the fan. If you are using “clamp on” weights they can and DO come off sometimes. Hatch only needs a couple of fasteners, but NEVER run a fan with the hatch cover off!!!
Most of the machines will not have already prepared measurement points and you have to prepare them on your own. How to do that is described here: adash.com/vibration-analysis/how-should-start-predictive-maintenance-program/
This is described in the 1st DDS tutorial video (at the end of it) called "How to create route". Take a look on more videos to learn useful tips and tricks: adash.com/support/videos/dds-software-2#list
This is very general question. There is endless types of machines and their applications in particular industries. Every machine or machinery set (e.g. motor with gearbox and pump) generates vibrations on specific frequencies according to their construction and other parameters such as speed, load etc. There are speed frequencies, gear mesh frequencies, bearing frequencies, drive belt frequencies to name a few. Therefore there is no general answer to your question.
