24yr man-Mental issues since 8-9. has basically been home bound since 12. computer has been his life - and downfall.430 lbs.No DL, No GED. Agoraphobic /Hypochondriac/severe anxiety. Will lose Health Insurance next year. Family-No idea where to find help. All rehabs "substance abuse" based. What about this kind of "addiction"-mental health issues?
Thank you for this very thorough video and interview. Modern pharmaceuticals (in so many ways) can simply not compete with plant medicine it seems, mainly when it comes to trauma and addiction/ substance abuse.
This man’s worked really helped me. Found one of his Ted talks 7 years ago or so when I was very depressed and suicidal. Read his book and applied his lifestyle changes and it helped me a lot!

Meds were a disaster for me. One psychotropic made me suicidal after 2 pills. I really love this approach!!! Have already implemented light therapy, 'camping' in the desert, stretching, moderate exercise, and yummy fish 🐟 oil!

Really good insight and recommendations from Christian. It is obvious he is good at what he does. I definitely agree that clinicians providing UR is not always beneficial to their clients.
Depression can be reduced or even ended by removing carbs, seed oils, Toxins, and eating Beef, Butter, Bacon, and Eggs for a few months. 52% get better and get off of drugs.
What's your location. When can you come by and pick me up. What's your smoking time. What my room looks like and room mate. Not more than one room mate. How long will it take me to get there.
