I really like Dr Patel! I’ve been a patient at RMC since 1988 and I’ve gone to UCC-CS many times! Probably more than 2 dozen times, and Dr Patel has treated me more than any other doctor in Urgent Care! I request him, if he is working the times I’ve needed Urgent Care! He is a good doctor and he listens! He doesn’t always say much, but I trust Dr Patel. RMC is a good medical facility! I’ve been to many of their various clinics and I’ve been pleased. Sometimes, there is a long wait, but it depends on various factors.
Dr. Karl Tanara is the worst doctor we have ever met! My mom and I went to urgent care at the Riverside Medical Clinic on Brockton St. We we’re given a room, but waited two hours before seeing Dr. Tanara. My mom has pain on her side and stomach. All my mom wanted was an X-ray to see why she was in so much pain. Dr Tanara was very rude, he kept asking my mom if she could take Tylenol and she said no. He kept asking her why, why, why and getting in her face about why she couldn’t take Tylenol. My mom is allergic to a lot of medicine and and Tylenol gives her a stomachache so she only can take baby bayer aspirin. This conversation with this doctor was going no where and he started yelling the same question as to why she couldn’t take Tylenol. I finally told him to stop yelling at my mom! I told this doctor my mom was hard of hearing, NOT DEAF! We got up to leave but he wanted it to seem like he was throwing us out! He told us to shut up and get out!!! We were appalled at what just happened! Oh and this doctor called security to escort us out. Two old ladies! Lol crazy day to say the least!!! We reported Dr. Tanara. Hopefully no one else will have this horrible experience.
Such a fake personality for this video! I went and saw Mr. Hendricks after having major head aches. He dismissed me completely even after i told him I had pretty major Brain surgery 13 years prior. I explained it was pain in the exact area of the surgery. I tried to show him some spots on my chest that i feared could be cancer since both of my parents have history with skin cancer. He said i was 31 and too young to get cancer and never looked at it. He told me i would get a call for an MRI and was out of the room in under 10 minutes. I never recieved the call for the MRI and had to call and schedule it myself.
Dr berry has been the doctor for my 2 girls who are now 8 and 13 and I am glad he is their pediatrician because he is always ready to answer any question and help you to get your child a good development.
one of the worst doctors to work around. I recall his unprofessionalism to employees as he would so arrogantly answer them and/or belittle them especially when patients had specific questions at the front desk and he would just sit in his office reading a news paper while letting everyone else figure out what protocols to take, if they were not done correctly he would get upset excuse me but YOU ARE THE DOCTOR you imbecile be professional to patients and your staff! Hell I was even told once by another nurse that ‘he wasn’t used to new employees...’ and I’m thinking “excuse me? “ this is not a moment to be playing favoritism a patient needs specific medical information by their doctor. And, also unfortunately this man also isn’t like by certain patients who expressed the same arrogance and belittling and would request other doctors if possible. #Terrible #unprofessional
