This is what people need to realise . It's just acting . The actor ( actress is merely acting ) . I was disgusted to see a video about 15 year old Linda Blair for her role in the exorcist . At 15 years of age Linda Blair received death threats for taking part in the exorcist . Christians accused Linda of glorifying the devil . She never even played the role as the devil . She was possessed . Had she have played the role as the devil still dosent matter . These actors (actresses ) are acting . It's not real . Dont feel hatred towards them for acting out a role . See the movie for what it is . Entertainment people . No body really gets hurt . Sydney Australia 🦘 13/6/2034
"When you think about Hollywood Blockbusters you don't think about French cinema". No. You don't. Because at this point French cinema hasn't been infected with the blooming mind virus that is woke awfulness. Thank God!
How would that be more confusing? They explained it in the movie. Don't kill an alpha or it resets and they learn. If they killed an alpha on the final mission, the final mission would be blown. Also, it's not several days earlier in the final reset, it's several hours. Well, 24 hours, like every other reset, just this time 24 hours from the point the omega died instead of 24 hours from when Cage originally died the next morning. So he was able to change the meeting where he was told he was going, and not get the deserter punishment.
2:37 "...a tiny little halter-top. I mean 'What is this?!'" It's male fantasy...which happens to drive box office sales. Take away the male fantasy -- the box office sales drop.
Killing everyone at the end to make a point, would have only made the film feel pointless and a wasted journey, once you knew no one survived, it gives you no reason to even want to rewatch it as all their actions result in nothing, glad they changed it.
There's a tendency that if people know about the source material, for instance, the manga/book, and read it. Most of the time, they won't like the movie adaptation. Good thing I didn't, because I loved the entire film.
When they can’t get the English correct in the title….I’m not even going to bother. The correct phrasing is “Of A Violent Nature”…..unless nature itself is meant to be violent, in which case it should be “In The Violent Nature”
There was a great movie on Netflix that was interactive, a choose your own adventure movie, but the idea seems to have died, it was the movie "Black Mirror: Bandersnatch" (😄...snatch... (sorry, blame my inner child). They could have done this with different movies when later released or re-released, including this one if that scene was also filmed. DVD's had deleted scenes, alternate endings, etc., but the interactive option they had for the DVD board games was too clunky, streaming solved that with Bandersnatch.
Is this a 100% AI generated video? "AI, make a video about a new Superman movie that will be coming out in the future, and go ahead and upload it and give it a title."
If they'd gone with the original ending, people would still be saying "WTF? That was a waste of time and money!" Some people just don't understand what "entertainment" means, and want the heavy, "meaningful", "artsy" message that nobody likes except a very unselect few. This video made me think of the ending of the movie, "The Player" . [Spoiler Alert in regard to the movie "The Player"] . . where one of the assistant producers gets all hot and bothered because the ending has been changed from the bleak, existentialist crapola that the writers (in the movie) had pitched originally. She (the assistant) starts arguing with the director and producers and writers about them sacrificing their artistic credentials, but they all react like she's a crazy woman - and then she gets fired for it.
Any and every channel posing about The Boys is going to get my watch time lol I’ve been binging clips for like 2 straight weeks now because I can’t wait for the new season to start!!
@@ChillSydneyWebSurfer hahaha 😂 if this was on Disney plus (MCU) or HBO MAX (DC) I would agree with you 100% I would even bet on it lol BUT The Boys tries to point out that nonsense and make fun of it so I’m a little skeptical of your outcome of the show. But it was hilarious and made me laugh 🤣 thank you! And not laugh like in a mean way at all I’m laughing because it’s so true and if it was Marvel or DC that would literally be the outcome of the show! 😂
I’d like to see Maeve use her brain along with her fighting skills, maybe trained by butcher, MM, Frenchie and Kimiko, she would make a great member of the boys even without powers
The English dub is crap!! As a Japanese speaker, the subtitles aren't obviously bang on and they're worded as an interpretation. But it still works well enough. This is truly a fantastic movie and beautifully executed. Not to mention the best Godzilla movie in my opinion to date. Or more accurately... Gojira😉
I bought the digital first thing the morning it came out and my subtitles read ""Is your war over?" So, now I'm wondering what's up? Why is mine "proper" when clearly others are not?
I hope Toho is never foolish enough to make such an agreement ever again. The Hollywood Godzilla is clearly inferior, and the domestic Japanese Godzilla is the one most dedicated Godzilla fans crave. If they (TOHO) ever license again, they should state that American films will have no bearing on domestic (Japan) films or their international release. Minus One and GvK films take place in different "universes", and have no bearing on one another. I, for one, am fully fed up with the "MonsterVerse" films limiting access to the Japan films and hampering the production of new ones. If it happens again I will make a point of ignoring the USA films entirely, and will encourage others to do the same. If I am forced to choose, I pick TOHO.
Like the light novel/manga ending where Rita forces Cage to kill her to close the current loop a lot more, honestly. The movie's happy ending is a bit of a Hollywood cop out, while the alternate ending is way too dark. The original's ending, where Cage has to save as many people as he can and kill the main alien, only to be confronted by the truth that he has to kill Rita or die himself, only to then again be forced to keep fighting in Rita's place is a nice compromise of a "good" ending while keeping a more bleak tone.
