Thank you for this recipe, i have made this recipe twice and the pies came out beautifully. The only issue i have is i struggle with rolling out the dough. Mine isnt as smooth as yours it cracks at the edges a lot, any advice on that would be much appreciated. Thank you once again.
Add 4 tbsp of evaporated milk and reduce the water by the same amount (4 tbsp). Alternatively, replace the 190ml (3/4) of water with 190ml (3/4) of fresh milk. Thanks for watching.
