As im an aussie, i concur, hes pretty fluent really, i understood everything without subtitles, he started learning english early so i think he got a headstart unlike other members, hes so cute 😆
I am really amazed at how he mastered English even though he was in LA for three months as a child. I really think he most likely practiced along the way with speaking English. Seungmin in the building! He was one of the members that caught my attention.

He is my main bias in the group (I bias Han and Bangchan too) and I was lucky enought to have seen SKZ at KCON NY when they were at the interview portion of the convention. He is definitely very great at how he expresses himself. He has confidence and he's so adorable. My precious boy!
