I can help you with the fps btw. Download amd disk cleanup utility and run it and it will ask you if you want to run in safe mode and say no and do the other shit correctly and it will ask you if you want to restart and say yes and then try playing fnf and the fps should work better

the lip syncing is delayed

you can boost fps by ending or deleting (do not delete critical files) programs in the background

Even with 2 cores, if you clock them high enough you can get about the same result
