Being a level one, i masked just to please my caregivers. I didn't think I had autism after seeing level 3s. I could never see a level 3 masking before the age of 25
Most people are surprised to find out I am autistic. Public knowledge of Autism is far better than it was, but most of the general public stlil knows very little.
I mean the card is sure Oppressive as fuck especially paired with other Kash (macro cosmo with an interruption, that shut down enterely decks grave oriented)...but has no protection and you play only him or risk nibiru. It's the strong boss monster for Kash, the replay for me seems to show how good will be at lest an easy SR limit/ban of the doll, to shut down such degenerate interactions.
I did change it recently due in large part to getting annihilated by another Branded Despia duelist the other day. He had some cards I never heard of and I thought, I need to put these suckers in my deck. Despia Theater of the Branded is useful, but considering the combos he did with New Frontier I think I will start using that one. I also put in Branded Bond, Branded in High Spirits, Branded Befallen, Screams of the Branded and Masquerade of the Blazing Dragon along with another copy of Bystial Lubellion. I might make some more tweaks soon, but this is what I have currently. www.masterduelmeta.com/saved-decks/66114cf786f1886200d22c25
They won't ban it, they care too much about giving people free UR material, if they want to kneecap the deck they could do it by hitting the low rarity cards like those backrow ones, why that they not only create broken monsters but also give those archetypes some nauseating backrow too? That's such a mystery.
I completely agree with you. Its an insane custom card. Like how can they limit/ban Tear cards but this is somehow acceptable? The whole archtype Kashtira imo just an brainless deck. I almost hit masters with Resonators. I get Snake-Eyes left and right but they don't bother me a little bit in diamond rank because you need to have actual knoweledge about the deck to perform. Thanks for listing to my rant xD
It is not the archetype as a whole (as annoying as it can be), so much as this particular boss monster. Once per turn would be reasonable, once per chain is another.
One of my worries about the NDM or Neurodiversity movement is when the likes of Dr Jessica Taylor is pushing for PTSD/CPTSD to be seen as ‘normal’ will also encourage perpetrators who carry out family violence, their response to the matter is just silence
This was very very informative and needed. I just turned 38 n You helped put in words what I wish I could say. I was that young confused teen girl w Asperger’s. My parents never gave any info. Just said “you better not be out there doing anything wrong” and “just say no” No further information or tools to use after “No” didn’t work. And no idea how to safely or what to do when I didn’t want to actually say no 🤷🏽♀️ Not gonna lie at first when I saw it was 32 minutes. I was not going to be interested but when I watched it the whole way through. I’m glad I did I appreciate your video
I am glad it was of some help to you. I was lucky to have parents that were honest with me, some of the conversations I had with them were awkward, but looking back I am glad they happened.
Why not try actually proving they are being "confused". The rates of regret at transitioning medically have been decreasing monotonically for decades and that rate is now below 1%. You have no factual excuse to pretend that rate is higher among people who are autistic as well as transgender. Until you have that evidence, shut up -- because what you are trying to do is force some children who are girls to grow up with a beard and deep voice, and you are trying to force some boys to grow up with breasts and a period. You have no excuse for that.
We have yet to be told the name of this disgusting police officer, who may or may not be lesbian (and I really don't care) but she certainly looks the caricature of one, or the names of her brave colleagues who carried out the actual assault on the victim
Autism is more prevalent within the LGBTQIA community, that’s a fact. That said, while neuro divergence should be normalised. However, you are wrong in your assessment of gender dysphoria as a social contagion. All that said, I don’t know if autism needs to be added to the LGBTQIA community, that’s for smarted people than I to decide.
@@abcxyz2927 I don’t live in the UK so we have different standards for what we consider a disability on account of not being a backward shithole run by wannabe fascists.
@@abcxyz2927 well no, I live in an EU country that regards autism as something that requires society to make certain accommodations for but not as a disability as such. There are certainly some people who are autistic whose lives are negatively impacted but the vast majority of people who are autistic simply require society to be more accepting and accommodative of divergence. Where as blindness is a disability because with it’s an impairment of a sense that no accommodation can adequately compensate the individual.
What a lot of people fail to understand is that due to narcissistic personality disorder, and whatever mental health condition Chris has that has somehow never been diagnosed(possibly schizophrenia, schizotypal personality disorder, or one of the Cluster B personality disorders), Chris understands & perceives things very differently from people who are normal or people who are just autistic and are, unlike Chris, actually on the high-functioning end of the autism spectrum(like me), and is incapable of seeing that they have certain problems and have delusions. What to someone like me or a non-autistic person would be disgusting, indecent, or inappropriate, is not seen that way by Chris. For example, that drawing Chris made of them fingering their former friend named Megan Schroeder, and uploaded to the internet to prove to trolls that they aren't gay. Chris has a warped sense of right & wrong and is incapable of understanding that certain things are not okay to do. Plus, Chris truly has the mental capacity of a 7-year-old child, combined with the hormones & sexdrive of an adult. So, Chris can't be held to the same standards as a fully functional person. These issues combined with Chris not getting the special needs education they needed as a child, because of Chris's parents being idiots, and all of the trolling towards them have resulted in the person we see today. The only hope for Chris is them having consistent psychiatric treatment forced upon them. It's also worth noting that Chris has prosopagnosia(AKA face blindness)(which also was somehow never diagnosed), which means that their ability to recognize faces, including their own face, is impaired, and that Chris, at some point, developed Split Personality Disorder(AKA Dissociative Identity Disorder(DID for short)), as made evident by the 'year-long bodyswap between Chris and Sonichu'. Another thing that I feel that I should mention is that certain people with autism, including Chris, have a physical condition called hypotonia, which affects muscle tone, muscle strength, motor skills, and stamina. This, rather than Chris being overweight, is the cause of Chris getting quickly tuckered out by physical activity. As the RU-vid user K 767 said, "I think the guy just doesn't have sufficient cognitive resources to deal with his emotions and responsibilities, so, it's unreasonable to judge him as if he was just a normal guy who happened to be lazy and narcissistic. The Asperchu Saga was hilarious, but don't kid yourself. Alec was just a troll pushing the right buttons to confuse a mentally challenged man.". As the RU-vid user ARC1300 said, "I think it's just too difficult for us to compartmentalize his issues and his shortcomings to "He refused to get help. Boo-hoo! It's his fault.". Mental health is a very complicated issue for us to just simplify it like that. I get it. We're all human and we want an easy answer to everything, but that just isn't the way life works. Don't get me wrong. I'm not advocating any of the shit he has done. I wouldn't even dream of it. But, it just seems lazy, arrogant, and callous to just say something like that and leave it at that.". As the RU-vid user Kay said, "What is also upsetting is when it is said that Chris has failed to grow up & become a normal person. Being on the spectrum myself, this is beyond frustrating. He can't be a normal person. This isn't a matter of him being childish and not growing up. He has autism; a developmental disorder. It's not like he's going to wake up one day and say "I think I'm going to stop being like this.". It's just unbelievable that adults are mocking a man that is literally mentally disabled, as if he is choosing to behave that way. Yes, with different & better support, he could be more productive and, maybe, make better choices. But, his brain will always work this way. The bullying, tormenting, and harassment have only made him worse.". As the RU-vid user ICryAllDayAllNight said, "It's so frustrating to see people claim Chris brought this misery all on himself. Yes, Chris is a bad person, but it's because his brain is literally incapable of carrying out the functions needed for him to be a good person(empathy, self-awareness, critical introspection, and basic critical thought). He just doesn't have the biological brain structure there to see things from other people's perspective or to understand certain concepts. I see this whole Chris saga as being a bunch of people bullying a mentally disabled person. He needed professional help, not to be tormented for his entire adult life.". As the character Arthur Fleck said in the movie "Joker", "The worst part about having a mental illness is people expect you to behave as if you don't." and "What do you get when you cross a mentally ill loner with a society that abandons him and treats him like trash?". I heavily encourage you to watch these 6 videos! At the very least, you should watch the one titled "The Tragedy of Chris Chan: An Autistic Person's Perspective". ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-5H5bVBsDrxA.html, ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-V5YdVAluQsA.html, ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-VAUHuU8aUYg.html, ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-scYj-DoEV7I.html, ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-0g63S2yXYl0.html, and ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-e3KvwJjUrUM.html. Also, I don't know where the idea that Chris said they are claiming to be transgender in order to get with lesbians came from, but I haven't seen any evidence that it's true. There is potential evidence that Chris is legitimately trans. In an old email thread between Chris and PandaHalo, Chris said that they had always identified more with girls and that they wondered if they should have been born as a girl. You can find this in the CWCki article about Chris's transgenderism. However, I won't say that this is definitive proof that Chris is trans, because the points that the RU-vid user GiBi made in his video "A Discussion About Chris Chan's Gender", and the points that the RU-vid user TheZiros made in said vid's comment section have a lot of merit.
This video is misleading at best. It's easy to dump on AS when it's the dominant autism charity out there. I would suggest actually going to their website to learn what they do and more importantly WHY they do it. For example they DID have a couple of Autistic on their board. Those individuals were harassed by other autistics who forced them to resign! Please look at both sides of an argument.
By the way, you have made probably the best video response to this whole mess on all of youtube. You video is great and has a powerful message. 👍 great job.
Chris Chan is the prime example of what people with Autism just like me need to avoid doing. Chris Chan always used his autism as an excuse for everything wrong in his life. He never wanted to hear constructive criticism and always wanted to do things his way no matter how unproductive and completely nonsensical it was. He’s a complete failure because he refused to improve himself and just always wanted things given to him and could never fight or work for what he wanted out of life. Unlike Chris, I actually got a really good paying job, got married to my sweetheart, and we conceived a child together so I’ll become a father soon. I have never once used my autism as an excuse or a crutch in my life, and I only ever bring it up if someone asks because they are curious. I always wanted to be treated like a regular person, so I always carry myself as one. Whatever caused him to molest his mother had nothing to do with his autism. It had to do with years of neglect, abuse, and his own failings as a irresponsible selfish and entitled person.
Miss you on Fascistbook, Jerry! I wish you'd join Telegram so I can keep in touch with you! Telegram is SO HOT 🔥 right now with Patriots and Truthers! I LOVE TELEGRAM! HMU!
I have mild autism and yet there are many things I have learned in life. One of them is trolls don't make a fool of anyone else except themselves. There is no place for trolls in this world.
Hey this is LyraAlluse from Fim Fiction. This is a good video. As someone who has a lot of disabilities I struggle with, I personally am not offended if people use these terms. I believe context matters. I'm glad you made this video because people really do need to understand the difference between something that is meant as humor or a joke and something that is said to be intentionally hurtful.
I noticed that having autism affects us in that we look at politics outside of the standard Democrat <-> Republican or liberal <-> conservative dichotomies. I'm economically communist but socially center-left, although the center-left is by rural Pennsylvania standards, so I may be socially center-right in actuality.
Employement is a huge challenge for many adults on the Autism Spectrum which is why I want to make more progress in this series. My schedule will hopefully open up more soon.
'My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic supposedly being a walking talking stereotype while ignoring all the disabled people that liked and identified with Derpy' example ME!
i worked in the deli. they were a pain the ass because i wanted to label all the deli stuff so could learn it better. that didnt work because the deli manager didnt want to do that. so i kept getting fusterated very much like you and then the workers started giving me shit about it, and i just got madder and madder about it! then instead of doing that they put me on cooking chickens. then they were getting pist at me for that for doing a few things a different way.
I actually started in Service Deli, but I wasn't very good at it. I didn't think it would be that difficult as I had prior restaurant experience back when my family owned an Italian restaurant. My manager was luckily understanding enough to grant my request to transfer departments and I was made a General Merchandise Clerk (non food stocker) and turned out to be very good at that. I was good enough to get promoted to Food Clerk in less than a year.
