Such an amazing video! I like how you always show the radar and update the conditions. One question, why did you not go north to chase the first supercell? (What told you it wouldn’t be the producer)
Thank you! The decision to drop the northern storm was partly environment and partly driven by terrain and urban factors. We knew the environment was slightly more unstable but with similar shear further south. Since the enviornment wasnt much different we decided to commit to the southern storms. We also didn't want to chase into the metro at rush hour which was another factor that locked us in to the south.
