Amazing job Jim! Your work is exceptional and your engagement with your audience talking us through each process is appreciated. I have certainly learned a lot from watching your videos over the years.
been watching the channel for a few years now , i still go back and watch ones over again, i do a bit of detailing myself ,started off my own cars then was asked to do others over the years, helping get cars ready for shows (lots of BMWs) i loved this E46 vid , i have an older E36 M3 evo 4door saloon , only 77,000 on the clock, anyway its a hobby and you are very inspirational and do a fantastic job
I do smile (in a nervous / terrified way) at the thought of dropping my car off with Jim only for him to set his lazer eyes on my pride and joy and unleash a wave of anxiety as he finds the horrors that lie hidden😂😂. As ever Jim a joy to watch an expert in the field.
Ruined viewing other detail vods. Found myself about to complain, realized I didn't have to watch that rubbish, clicked off the vid and came here, lol.
An absolute stunner! Simply WOW!!! Is there a cermic coating that keeps the car shiny but not over the top wet looking? Would the Modesta product used here work with later BMW paints?
I have such a love hate relationship with these videos Jim 😂 i love the work you do but holy hell how do you make working with cartec 3000 look so clean?! Every time i find myself reaching for 3000, my unit becomes a complete dust bowl 😑 spectacular work as always 🔥👏
By far the best detailer on RU-vid. Not only a is the work and attention to detail outstanding, who else would clean the key, but the presentation is so understated. No pizazz like some channels and waffle about themselves just down to earth. A great advocate of your craft and craftsmanship.
Congrats Jim and to the owner in keeping this wonderful car in pristine condition. Sadly it does take time and money to achieve these results. But congrats 🙌🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Absolutely stunning as always Jim. Quite possibly the nicest BMW in one of the nicest colours. And so good to have you back sharing your passion and skills. Can't wait for the next one 😊
Jim is back on the polishing machines, beautiful car as always, 200% work top .I'm really happy, I've been subscribed for a few years now and I missed seeing cars being polished pelas mãos mágicas 👍👍👍🇵🇹
At one point in the video you said it was dragging on a bit, well I could easily have watched another hour of that 👍. Great work, hope the owner is as thrilled as I was with the outcome,👍👍👍.
Your workshop alone is super impressive, I am working full time from home now and the more I watch your channel the more I want my space to look close to what you have built.
In my day people could'nt understand why i spent 5 days detailing a car for auction , but when it sold for a premium price they got message lol . Great vid . ❤
The E46 M3 is the car that started my detailing career. It took me years to save up to get a good used one and I learned a lot when I started working on it. TBH, I didn't really like the car. The paddle controlled transmission was not something I enjoyed and kept me worried about its longevity (it's very expensive to replace). However, I do have to credit the car with teaching me a lot about paint care. Keep up the good work.
Good morning, I wanted to share an approach. Using the rotary press and a latest generation wool pad for cutting and random orbitals for finishing. In England, among the Jaguar restorers I was able to learn techniques that allowed me to optimize times with the rotary press. Cartec 3000 being "long" and giving its best towards the end, raising the rpm, cutting with wool in points where the orbital would struggle. Then with cartec 4000 which is spectacular as medium I would have reached the finish. I apologize if I may have seemed flippant, I'm just a car polish enthusiast.
I details my car family and friends, but if I had the money and then the right cars , they would all go for the works with this OCD/perfectionist detailer😂 no seriously he is awesome one of the best if not the best in UK , and if it stays as is the videos are great ✌️
