She is an inspiration - she looks great and still beautiful but I always liked her, a smart independent woman who seemed level-headed and grounded. She trained as a dancer, has a lot of self-discipline, it pays off. But mostly, she stays involved in life and contributes, a great message.
I have noticed that people who eat lots of vegetables, fruits and nuts , ( 6:30 even if they eat little meat and fish), look fresh and young and have better health
Don't let people fool you. It's not your diet it's genetics. I eat the polar opposite as her and I am 57 and most people think I am 35. Nothing to do with diet but your genetics. That's it.
❤th less l eat th better l feel... Fasting is what best works for me.... I tried a diet ..To eat once every 24h...a lot of fatty food...natural..raw.... hydration in between...with salts.... .it made my skin clear...and felt great As long as l avoid pasta bread..carbs...and sugar..and animal products l feel wonderful
I was born in 1994 I am 29 going to turn 30 I look like 20 People think i am kid Donot believe when i tell them my real age Beleive me if you look young it is gift of God
The skin on the neck is very thin and sensitive. I doubt anyone " forgets " this/ rather its not an easy area to address surgically. She looks great for her age 5:03 and probably has had a few things done but nothing overwhelming. Let's see how YOU look at that age !
The best research shows that milk helps one age slower or longer (associations with slower methylation aging, and a study of 467,354 people in the UK recently published). Cooking is also good, but only boiling, microwaving or steaming. And there are key nutrients you only get from animals like glucosamine, chondroitin, taurine, and carnosine. Also, as you age, ability to transform some nutrients falls off sharply. As such, it makes sense to get DHA and EPA oil, a little vitamin A, and vitamin D. And most vegans already know to supplement B12, or they will end up in the hospital. Blending can also be a problem if you combine oils with carbs or carbs with protein. Though, I don't think she did that. Just like high temperature cooking, blending can make Advanced Glycation End-products which contribute to aging, especially wrinkles and stiffening of tissues.
It's triathlon, not triath A lon. If you can't get a basic like this right on a supposedly credible video why would I believe everything else in the video. Lew's obviously very fit for his age, unfortunately there is too much bullshit on the internet.
Thanks for replying to me. Much appreciated. Triath A lon. It's not an accent. It is wrong as there is only one "a" in triathlon. I said what is wrong with repeatedly mispronouncing a basic word ie. it questions how credible is the overall information if the basics are wrong. The video says "age is just a number"...bullshit, I know it's a popular thing to say, one can only wish it was true. I could make up a video on how to live to over 120 and be the oldest person ever. I could make up stuff, leave stuff out, but get plenty of clicks and monetisation. Actually I think I'll do that now. * Diet: Consume daily 500ml red wine, plenty of olive oil, 500g chocolate a week, and cook your own meals. Regularly consume sweet desserts and fatty meat stews. * Exercise: Avoid formal activities like triathlons, but get plenty of incidental physical activity like walking, cycling, gardening. etc * Don't work, don't get married, don't have babies * Don't stress out about life. Live it. You're going to die one day regardless * Smoke a packet of cigarettes a day for over 100 years. Preferably "Gualoises" because they're stronger. * Be prepared for the conspiracy theorists who will deny the facts because they don't conform to their "Wellness" !!!! mantra and therefore restricts their ability to make money with their many scams and misinformation. HEY..... This is basically what Jeanne Calment did to live to 122 years. The oldest human ever. Lew reckons he'll live to 120. More likely mid to late 90's. Still pretty good but a few cigarettes and bottles of red wine and a younger wife and who knows what he could do. @@Longevity_Secrets
I would definitely follow her diet. I love her discipline. I want to try the raw vegan lifestyle but know it will be challenging for me as I have been a vegan for over 7 years but much prefer a cooked meal as opposed to lettuce lol. Right now I am about to cook a black eye peas soup with sweet potatoes and kale or spinach. This is my meal for this evening as I just devoured a plate of salad. I need a change sometimes ❤ keep up the good work Annette. You look GREaT
Thanks for the info on healthy eating. I take all the advice I see and use it. I'm a 62 year old long distance runner. I run about 30 miles a week on average. She is inspiring I hope she to keep doing what she's doing
