After updating the Bios, the problem has become more frequent. I've been searching for a long time but I don't know what's wrong, I don't understand the voltage reduction and power consumption reduction, I don't dare to move, what could be the problem in this case? I've been working on it for 20-30 hours, updated windows, updated video card driver, updated any software, deleted and re-downloaded, but there's still a problem! I've asked my friend to recheck the hardware to make sure it's installed correctly. AIDA64 test sometimes good and sometimes bad, my room at any time the air conditioning is turned on, playing APEX less than 30% can automatically shut down, the fan is turning wildly, really can not stand it And your customer service email is not working at all.
Hi...i have PN64 and i tried all means including format usb flash and downloaded the latest BIOS 2023 ...but the message ' BIOS recovery has been .....' still there after i plug in.the USB flash .....how to do ?
Hi. I tried your website but your website says I can only contact you on RU-vid. So. I have TG H3 headset and it only works for about 3 hours, then 25% cloud shows up and in the next hour they shut down. When I bought them, they worked almost good, now they work even worse. Are we eligible to receive new TG H4 headset for free because of this? Or can we just ship them back and we get our money back?
Will it wipe all my existing data from the external data or not? I have very crucial data in the external storage and have started the backup process and I'm very anxious😰
I have a G713pv-ws94 and today after the BIOS update, the screen went black. I held the power button for 30sec to shut it down. Then press to boot up. That did not work. I tried it 4-5 times. I finally came across this youtube video about having to hold it for 45 sec. So i did that, connected the laptop to a power source and pressed the power button. Lord and behold, the ROG logo came up. Laptop boot to Wondows and it looks like everything is good. The time was reset to 12am. That was the only thing that I needed to fix in Windows.

Unfortunately none of the recommendations helped :( In my case (Asus Vivabook, Win11, it doesn't have f10 hotkey) the camera works, but it is as noisy as a TV or a monitor can be when a cord is attached improperly. So there are stripes all over the screen and they are blinking incessantly. What would you advise to do in such a situation?😢
According to what you described, I would suggest you bring back your laptop to our service center for further confirmation. Ok, so apparently I was dumb enough to press wps button instead of reset for quite some time. I suggest you to make sure you press the right button 😊 Hope it will help someone.
After a power outage my PC will boot into a black screen sometimes and the power LED also flashes 4 times per second on boot. The PC also does not recognize some external drives anymore. I've also had the system crash into BIOS once since the issues started. I cleaned and reseated my RAM and also tested it with MemTest86 - with 0 errors shown. I also replaced my power supply unit and my CMOS battery but the issue persists. Does this indicate that my motherboards needs to be replaced? Maybe the power outage came with a power surge that fried certain components in the motherboard?

I do NOT typically 'thumbs-down' a video--but in THIS case--DO NOT use WPA2 encryption--it is TOTALLY INsecure because it is well-known that WPA2 is now cracked by hackers. Only the latest routers using WPA3 have secure Wi-Fi. Taking your PRIVACY seriously, look for a router that supports a VPN service. Then and only then are your devices secure and mostly private.
So im having a problem. I don't know which format to use for the usb disk. My motherboard is b550-a and, I did everything as the tutorial but the light will only turn green and solid after the seconds. It doesnt turn off. Im trying to format the usb but I'm not sure how to put the bios inside if windows wont read the usb. And it has to be clean to convert. Im confused
I did the partition for the usb disk in fat32 being a mbr format but windows wont let me read it obviously, my pendrive is 32gb btw I saw comments telling that it won't work on a 32gb or 128gb, etc...
It is recommended that you refer to the detailed instructions here. www.asus.com/support/faq/1038568/ Requirements Tool: Prepare a USB flash drive with a capacity of 1GB or more. *Requires a single sector USB flash drive in FAT16 / 32 MBR format.
I have a Zephyrus Duo which is basically a $3k paper weight. Asus support has been no help. I have never spent so much on a computer and had it break so often or so quickly. Horrible customer support.

Asus vivobook 15 is worst to buy its giving Black screen issue. Don't buy anyone after purchasing of 15 days. It's restarting several times and not staring up.
If you have recently purchased the laptop and are experiencing issues, we recommend contacting the retailer to inquire about the possibility of returning or exchanging the product. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.
This is a fckng hilarious, I bought my monitor last month w/ warranty in 3years, and it suddenly black screen every fckng time. Is this a bug or 💩, maybe I will sell this soon if I don't fix immediately. trash monitor.
I would suggest checking the connection cables or performing a cross-test by connecting the screen to another computer. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.
If you are updating through MyASUS, we suggest removing and reinstalling MyASUS before proceeding with the BIOS update. Alternatively, you can also use EZ Flash for the update. www.asus.com/support/faq/1008859/ Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.

Hola, buenas noches. Cualquier sugerencia sera bienvenida

I'm using a Z790 Prime and I cannot figure out for the life of me how to get intel's microcode update on my motherboard. Everything is pointing toward my motherboard just straight up not being compatible which is complete bull. I bought this thing new less than two months ago

I have Asus tuf laptop in my Asus there is update it gives two options confirm and cancel but after I click on confirm then it is not working only cancel is properly working
