3 Financial Habits to Develop as a Student 🎯No 1 - Budgeting Whether you are doing any internship Whether you are getting pocket money from your home You are getting money in any way, right? So try to track your income and expenses That means how much money you are getting every month How much is going out of your pocket Try to keep it in any register, excel sheet, or in your phone somewhere ----------------------------------------------- 🎯No 2 Start Investing I know it sounds very weird You will feel that you are not getting good money So how will I invest? You can invest in a lot of different types of schemes that are available You can invest in a government based scheme Like PPF, Post Office schemes You can invest in Bank RD Or if you have a little bit of financial know-how You can start investing in Mutual Funds You can start investing with as low as Rs. 500 per month ----------------------------------------------- 🎯No 3 Start filing your IT returns Even if you make Rs. 0 as your income during your college life Start filling out your IT returns So that you can enter a financially disciplined life Eventually when your income stream starts You will have to take a loan Whether it is an education loan, home loan, or any other loan The process of taking a loan will be straightforward Because you will already have a history of IT returns ------------------------------------------------- Follow @RJ FAYAZ for more such videos Tag a friend who should know this Share your thoughts in the comments below👇 #StudentTips #MoneyTips #MoneyHacks #CollegeLife #StudentLife #RjFayaz

5 things to consider before giving a presentation. 🗣️ 1. Having a Clear Defined Objective Before making the presentation. Whatever topic you are going to talk about, you should try to have absolute clarity about it. You should be crystal clear about what topic you are going to give a speech on. 2. Learning & Mastering Your Subject. Once you have figured out what is the topic of your speech, after that, you should be ready with all the elements related to it. You should do as many talk points as you can so that you become 100% confident on that particular topic 3. Building the Plan & Thinking About Storytelling. Once you have collected all the data and raw materials, you should make it sound like a story. You should make it entertaining, engaging & interesting so that your audience listens to it carefully. 4. Prepare & Rehearse With Your Oral Presentation. Once you have drafted your script, you should practice it 10 times, 20 times, Write it down, speak it, practice it in front of a mirror, & practice it in front of a camera, so that you become ready for that particular speech. 5. Be Natural During Your Presentation. If you are fake during your speech or pretending to be something else, then your audience will definitely sense it & won't be involved with you. So, try to be as natural, easy & effective as possible. Mr. Fayaz, I was fortunate to meet you during Umrah at the Nabawi Mosque in Medina, March 2023. You encouraged me to improve my English capacity, especially in conversation. Now I started writing short stories again. Unfortunately, I wrote in Indonesian.
Hahah, yes I do remember sir Hope you are doing good! Loved the little interaction we had inside Medina. Regarding the language sir, I would say Try & try again, till you succeed 😉
