I just withdrew 20000 thb from the atm at the airport. I had to pay around 570 thb just in fees! 220 for the Thai bank. 240 thb for wise atm fee, and 3,36 usd (110 thb) for wise conversion fee. Isn’t there any other better way to use the wise card for withdrawing money?? Is it possible to withdraw in banks free of charge like it used to be?
Hi. It is not possible to avoid ATM fees in Thailand for almost 4 years (according to our experience). But you can avoid Wise atm fee as withdrawing only 2 times in a month up to 200 pound. and for the conversion fee, you always pay it in either a Thai exchange office or in wise app but you can set wise app to exchange money when it drops. Happy travels!
Hello 👋🏻 The lift goes down to the pool level. As long as I remember there were ramps around the pool which is next to the beach but I don’t think the beach is designed wheel chair accessible.
Thank you for showing us the process. Most people post videos about using the wise card and sitting at home talking about it but there’s no concrete information on how it works and those unknown fees involved. Thanks again.
Omg, that was extremely awesome and helpful information! I didn’t know that I can withdraw money before convert to local currency on the app. And just normal bank ATM 😮
@@inthatpostcard That sounds wonderful. You may also pay a visit at Khon Kaen, Udon Thani, Nongkai when travelling towards Loas. Isaan province has a different perspective to explore : ) I will follow you channel : ) and Glad midsummer (greetings from Sweden) //Top
I passed in front of this condo this evening and it looks good and imposing. However, based on what I see from the video, the rooms in Quill Residences (where I have been living for the past one month) look bigger and newer. The advantage of Quill is that you can go to the Quill Mall without exiting the building because they are connected.
I believe both of the buildings are almost at the same age. Since there are a ton of Airbnb companies in KL, apartments decor and qualities differ according to the company. We rented from an affordable Airbnb company, maybe it is the main difference 👍🏻
Hi, Thank you for the fascinating video, I am hoping to come to Barbados for a year ( The Barbados Welcome Stamp ) would you be able to send me any info that I would useful regarding contacting potential property owners for rental.
After 2 free atm withdrawals, atm (if it charges) and wise charges fees independently than each other. Yes, I’ve heard some US banks refund the ATM fees but don’t think wise like a regular bank.
Thank you for this video. I had a feeling it will be the same fee at all atms. But its what I was hoping at lease I can with draw money with out usuing my debit from the US cause the last time I did that I paid over $30 in fees from my bank and the ATM. So $6 is a very good price especially fees from my bank to the wise card. So far to me it was a Wise decision hhahahahah alol...but i will continue to compare.
Depends… Dinner in open buffet was ordinary but the seafood at the beach side restaurant was immaculate 🐟 Wine selection was also ok 👍🏻 Turkish breakfast, amazing :) Coffee in the dome cafe was also quite satisfying 👍🏻
I’m arriving at Manila terminal 1, is this T1? I’ve read that HSBC is the best ATM. but I will need to withdraw money using my wise card when I arrive at T1

Depends 😊 We’re currently in Thailand (Krabi) basicaly a fishing town. Here, the supermarket does not clean little fishes (because it is cheaper) and we don’t stay in a place with a capable kitchen. So, sometimes frozen is the best choice 😄
